I love this store, I love the products, i love the prices.

My biggest problem with this location is the employees that work here.

There was only one or two polite employees who acted in a professional manner.

The manager Jake was very rude to us as we're about to approach the register. We were putting one product back and he aggressively walked up to us and told us that we needed to go to the register right away, or else we would not be able to be run up for the $100 worth in products that we were planning to buy.

This was 5 minutes before closing time and there was no line at the register.

There was hardly any customers in the store at all.

Jake also lied to us and said that at 9 the register will shut down automatically, and we won't be able to purchase our items, which I know for a fact is a lie because I worked in retail.

If that was the case you would not be able to count your drawer and the sales for the day.

We were so upset and disgruntled that we almost left and decided not to buy anything at all. But then we realized that it wouldn't make a difference to Jake the manager who is rude, because it's not any money out of his pocket that he's losing,...

The cashier Brandon is the most unhappy person I know! He is always rude and I hate when he waits on me. If it wasn't for the good deals I wouldn't patronize the store. Today I had a basket of items and I told him that I had to go to the ladies room and laid the basket by his register. When I came out I didn't see my basket but I heard another cashier ask Brandon if one of the item in my basket was on clearance. I told her if it was that was good for me. When I said that she realized that she was emptying my basket. I retrieved the items she put in the clearance basket and got in line. Brandon had the nerve to tell me that next time let a cashier know that I was going to the restroom and not just leave my basket on the counter! Bad really bad many displays look like junk in the basement the building lighting is horrible like someone didn't pay DTE. The merchandise is dusty and unclean. Many of the children toys were dirty with old food on them. One booth looked professional the one at the back the black lady with the miniature purse and shoes. Her Collection were well organized. Example if she had shoes she displayed the purse next to it.The porcelain figurine told a story how they were organized. Her cases, cabinets and chest that held the displays were clean and it all made sense. But that was the only thing pleasant.
