I ordered online for drive thru pick up. One of the items I had was a quesadilla extra chicken +nacho cheese sauce. I wanted the nacho cheese sauce on the side not on the quesadilla, so I get to the speaker and asked if the nacho cheese sauce was a cup on the side. They told me to hold on and then told me, yes it was. I get the my whole order and the quesidilla did not have the cheese cup on the side so I asked for it. When we got the quesidilla there was barely any chicken on it when I paid for Extra chicken, it was less chicken than a regular quesidilla. The quesidilla also had nacho cheese sauce all in the inside of it which I did not want. There was more nacho cheese sauce than chicken. It was slimy and nasty looking and it definitely didn't have extra chicken. We've ordered extra chicken before from taco bell and I've never seen that little of chicken. If the person at the speaker didn't understand me clearly about the cheese sauce cup, they should have asked more questions or explained to me what I had ordered. They didn't show my order on the speaker screen at all. I've been to other taco Bell's and have ordered online and they show me on the screen my whole order and they tell me to check if it is correct on the screen. This taco bell did not do that. They didn't offer me any taco sauce either. Maybe I was supposed to ask for taco sauce or order it, I don't know but usually they ask you if you...
Read moreAlright so im 20 years old and i never leave reviews about fast food places because ive worked in them and ive also worked at tacobell before and i wanna start by saying the manager i spoke to on January 25th at 7:45pm had a horrible attitude when speaking to me on the phone and the reason i called is because me and my gf placed an order on uber eats for the second time because someone took out order the first time and i told him “could you please like keep my order behind the counter so its not mistakenly taken by someone else” and he said “its not our policy, our policy is to leave it up front once its done” and i said so you cant do that for me and he said no and i hung up. I just feel that if you know a customer had an issue the first time around why not try and take an extra step and overplay your role to try and prevent that the second time around i just dont understand it because i thought the customer is always right and all im trying to do is ensure that i get my food tonight. We’re new parents and dont have money to be thrown out of the window all because theres no care when it comes to the protection of...
Read moreI dine inside at this establishment five times a week. The place gets busy on Friday nights, when the staff has trouble keeping up with the rush of dining room and drive-thru orders; otherwise, the service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. Three weeks ago, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member. I filled out the online survey at the website specified on the bottom of my receipt. I returned for lunch two days afterward, and the staff member who took my order advised me that she had viewed the video of the incident I had reported and apologized for the manner in which I had been treated. She gave me my order free of charge. Then, two weeks later, I received a $5.00 coupon by mail including an apology from Taco Bell for the unpleasant incident I had experienced. I went to use the coupon today, and I was told that my entire order would be free of charge. I couldn't ask for more than two free meals. I had merely asked that the agent with whom I had dealt be given additional training. I will definitely continue going to...
