the lashes overall feel good. none have fell out yet. at first i wasn’t happy with them because originally there was a lot of gaps and they looked wonky. i felt bad mentioning anything but i didn’t want to go home with crooked eyes. there was chunks missing in one eye and one eye was full while the other eye was thin. i asked them if they could possibly fix this because i didn’t like it at all. thankfully they were very sweet and willing to fix them. overall i’m satisfied with my experience. i appreciate her making sure that i left feeling beautiful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my lashes done yesterday. They look NOTHING like what I selected. My right eye was glued shut in 3 places when she was done. She had to have me sit back down to release the right corner. My right eye was so painful on the corners I just pulled them. Real lashes and all. I couldn’t open my eyes due to the glue and the light. I had to sit in my car for 15 minutes whipping my eyes before I could drive. It also took 30 minutes longer than the appt stated. I would not recommend these guys. I know I wish I hadn’t and won’t...

I got my lashes done and they looked nothing like the picture and she said AFTER she installed them that my natural lashes were too long so it looked bad. I chose a hybrid set and they looked like a classic set and my natural lakes didn't blend because she put short ones on me. She didn't offer to fix them and said they could put longer ones next time She still charged $125. There was also a $30 off coupon from Facebook they refused to honor because they didn't update their page.

Don't waste your time, it was poor customer service. I don't recommend...
