This Walgreens is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER be coming here again. Every experience I’ve had I’ve been treated like they do not care at all. DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I went in with my mom so she could pick up photos. The employee didn’t even look for the photos and then asked if they could help the next person in line first. The excuse given was ‘I just don’t want to get a big line and I’m the only one up here’ my mom then asked to just look for the photos herself. There is no reason she should have to do someone else’s job just to get her photos. When did someone’s else’s business become more important than ours? We were there in line first.
Then I went in a couple days later to pick up invitations. The employee greeted me by ignoring me because she were too busy sitting on her phone. After I stood there for a good minute she came over to help me. She was rude through the whole interaction. The card reader wasn’t working so she had to call over her manager who voided the transaction to run it again. I asked if I was going to be charged twice, because I didn’t want to come in again. Another rude interaction from the employee. I finally am able to leave and get home just to see that all 60 of my invitations where printed wrong. So now I have to go back to have them done correctly.
I go back and the printer is having issues. It’s taking forever and I have to leave. I was told by the manager that I would be receiving a 50% refund for my trouble and she was very apologetic. I thanked her and let her know I would be back in the morning to pick the correct ones up.
This morning I went in to pick the right ones up. They look great now that they’re fixed. On the box there’s a note that says to refund me 50% so I asked them to do that. The employee calls the manager over (this is a different manager) he said ‘I don’t see in the point in refunding you because we fixed the problem’ while I understand that, I was told that I would be refunded some amount so that’s what I expect to happen. He refused to refund any amount no matter what I was told before from another manager, so I said I was just going to leave. He then told me to ‘have a great day’ in a nasty sarcastic tone.
Every experience I’ve had here, but one, has been horrid. I am so disgusted with how these employees treat...
Read moreI should have read the reviews first before making this my primary pharmacy. Almost EVERY single time I’ve picked up a prescription the pharmacy techs/pharmacist have been passive aggressive and borderline rude. I thought it was weird they never ask if I want to speak to a pharmacist after getting a new prescription and when you do they seem annoyed. Every single Walgreens I’ve been to before does not let you leave until you speak to a pharmacist, even if you’ve had the prescription before. I thought it was weird but I’ve just dealt with it because I historically have preferred Walgreens to other pharmacies, but honestly upon research, they are some of the highest priced pharmacies for actual medication, so I don’t even know why I stay, CVS is just around the corner from my house.
I think after today’s visit it prompted me to go elsewhere from now on. I stopped in to pick up photos and both employees in photo seem annoyed and borderline passive aggressive (I was a retail manager for 8 years so I know passive aggressive behavior when I see it). Then I went to the pharmacy and the tech and the pharmacist seemed bothered and annoyed to have to help me. I used to grin and bear it because I’ve hardly needed prescriptions in the past, but this year I’ve need more and with increased frequency of picking them up, it’s not worth it for the customer service.
I understand that everyone is short staffed and overworked, but it never warrants this kind of behavior and attitude towards customers. It’s unfortunate that corporate Walgreens or even at the regional/district level, they don’t care to address these issues at the store level, its apparently a toxic environment that usually works from the top down. I only give them 2 stars instead of one because the general cashiers have usually been pleasant, but with all my combined visits for the last 1.5 years, I’d say it’s a 75% chance you get someone rude. Be wary if you go, but if you don’t care about customer service, then by all...
Read moreIf you want the worst most uncaring customer service try and deal with Brian at this Walgreens !!! After trying for a week to have them order a Prescription pain medication for me I called in to check the status. That is when the nightmare began. I was told by the counter staff that if I dropped my script off by 5 P.M. on Sun that I could pick them up Monday. Apparently there is a breakdown in the chain of training and procedures because that is not the truth. After finally getting Brian on the phone I had hopped He would be able to make things better. Nothing could have been farther from what actually happened. He was extremely discourteous and condescending. He acted as if my problem was not of no concern. I was also made to feel like I was a broke homeless insignificant burden to Him stating that my script was very expensive and was I certain that I could afford to purchase it from Walgreens if they did order it for me. He would not let me explain my feelings on the phone nor was he willing to help in any way. After being cut off several times on the by him talking over me I became increasingly frustrated. I was told by him to come and get my prescription order and take it somewhere else He would not fill it for Me!!! He is an arrogant and rude individual PLEASE MANAGEMENT FIX THIS SITUATION !!! It is bad enough to be in enough pain that I require medication to function in daily life but it is unethical and cruel to make someone go without them for a week then flip attitude and say we will not fill your script at all come take it somewhere else. Overall dissatisfaction Brian deserves to be reprimanded and his attitude toward customers changed...
