We have done business for several years at Anderson's with the previous owners and were always well pleased with the quality of service. Dave and his staff were courteous and always provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the new owners and will not be doing business with them again as a result of a recent encounter. My husband and I took our rings in to have them checked and repaired on October 16. We were told that the jeweler would be in on the following Tuesday, 10/19 and she would call us to let us know the cost of the repair if any. I received a call from Heidi, the owner on Wednesday, October 20 saying that the rings were done and the cost of the repair. I told her that we would be over on Saturday (since we both work and live 30 miles away). I asked her the store hours on Saturday and she said 9-2. We arrived at the store about 12:30 on Saturday 12/23 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed to attend a wedding! I'm sure the wedding wasn't scheduled at the last minute! To add further insult to injury, my husband and I both called the store and her cell number multiple times starting on Monday the 25th, leaving messages at both numbers and received no response. FINALLY late in the afternoon on Friday, October 29th, Heidi's husband called me and assured me he would be there the following day from 9-2. He never really apologized for no one returning our calls, just said that yes, he had to leave to go to the wedding on that Saturday. When I went to pick up the rings, I was the only customer in the store and again he did not apologize or address the issue in any way. WE ARE DONE...
   Read moreVery disappointed on Sat Dec23 i brought necklace that just needed spot weld to fix the break and a diamond ring that needed to be made 11/4 bigger we was told guy comes in on Tuesday to do repairs it would be done on the 26th. I called Friday the 29th was told he was working on it right then it will be done later that day. No call i couldnt get there until wednesday jan 3rd and he says someone put it in the done box but he hasnt even started it he wouldnt be in again until jan 9th called the 10th around 11am and told he didnt come tuesday but on his way now. Again said he would put mine priority due to there error. Called at 4pm was told he was working on it but didn't know if he would get it done before they close at 5. Of course no call so i guess he wont be there again til next tuesday. I have been lied to and given the run around for 3 weeks. Its pretty sad someone lies to you for no reason. Will not be going there again. In fact if its not done tomorrow i will just get my money back which they sure didnt drag there feet to get my money. TOTALLY...
   Read moreThey do not return phone calls. Dropped off two watches and a ring. Two watches need batteries and the ring needed a sizer. After waiting couple weeks decided to go in to find out status. Nothing has been done. Told I would receive a call when ready. Never received call. After stopping in several times…. Was told waiting on “jeweler” or “owner” to look at watches. ring was returned as it was stated they could not add a Sizer due to size of band. Another week or so goes by… I stopped and picked up one watch, again no phone call that it was ready,. After several days stopped in to check on watch. Was told they could not get the back put back on the watch. I decided to take the watch and leave. Will not do business at this location again. Also know that this has happened to...
