Rude staff. Came in for a replacement part and they sent me to the warehouse across the street as they said "all replacement parts are in the warehouse." When I got to the warehouse Brandon said "we keep those in the store." I told him the store just sent me and he said they shouldn't have sent me over. I asked Brandon if I could order the part and he said "No. I need more orders so I can make a bulk purchase." I asked him what I needed to do to get it on order and he said "come back in a couple weeks and we might have it." I told him it sounded like they weren't interested in helping me so I left the warehouse and went back to the store. I asked the clerk for the manager's info so I can speak with a supervisor. Andre said he was the supervisor. He asked if they did something wrong and I explained what happened. Andre blamed me for not clarifying that I needed "a head." I asked him if he was going to apologize and he said no. He said he could help me look up a part but now that I'm giving him a hard time he's not going to help me. This is the manager. Inept Service. I called 4 days looking for a 40 tooth 8 1/4 Diablo saw blade. "Yes we have one" Would you mind leaving it at the counter my wife M________ works close by, she can pick it up within the hour. "Sure no problem". 45 minutes later my wife arrives- Hi I'm M___ I'm here to pick up a saw blade order my husband phoned in. NODOY HAS A CLUE AS TO WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT.. Chaos ensues. WoW! This is a great hardware store. They have everything you need to fix, repair, remodel and improve your home. I found household cleaning supplies, pest control traps, plumbing parts, paint and garden supplies, tarps and more. And they have people there that helped me find everything I needed.
