Went here with my parents a year ago and they got some amazing stuff that was new in the box. I went a few weeks ago and even though the items were in the original box, both were used. A faucet had hard water stains on it and a shop vac had been used to clean up a huge mess and wasn’t even cleaned. The on and off switch also does not work so I have to unplug it to turn it off. Staff was helpful and courteous. Pick-up of online purchase was very quick. Everything happens through the back door on the loading dock.
