I can’t say enough positive stuff about this place. Here’s what makes this place different and better than other family attractions: -parents can plop their behinds down somewhere and get a good view their kids pretty much anywhere in the building -they’re not super picky about the socks you wear. It’s so stupid when a place makes you buy new socks just to go through their gate -it’s a skate park AND a trampoline park in one. That might be chain wide, but still, it’s different than the usual indoor playground -there is staff constantly cleaning something somewhere. I’m here on a Saturday afternoon and you can tell when a place doesn’t prioritize that. This photo is of the owner taking out garbage. That sets the tone for the employees. -there are a bunch of gender neutral bathrooms, as opposed to two big bathrooms that can get super crowded or dirty -the place is really pretty, like unique art done by a local artist, not just something corporate forced them to do. It has the type of stuff somebody trying to go be a hip parent might want to post on instagram -the pizza here is a decent price and much better than what I’d expect from a playground snack bar -they have Stubborn and Craft Sodas. Not just your standard Coke or Pepsi. -there’s a really cool mezzanine where you can have a party or just have a different view. There is an elevator that they put in for that mezzanine

This is a family run business and the owners put a lot of thought and work into it. There’s adequate staff to make sure kids are being safe and having fun.

Stan, it was really nice chatting with you about what went into this business and I hope others who see this get to see it...

The skatepark is small. My kids ride the skateboard on their stomachs we never had a problem bin Gilbert, but you know how when corporate gets a shiny toy, here comes the rules. They didn't even offer to refund my membership, just scarificed a team member. We are the only Black people everywhere we go, I'm starting to think I'm the one not doing right by my kids, to keep taking them out into this hostile world. Not to mention I always make sure to not bring them at peak hours, and I make sure they wait until the coast is clear. You can see their intelligence. Plus other kids go high in the air, and most times will fling the scooter or smash the boards. I won't deprive my boys, Gilbert is too racist, so we'll trek to Glendale in the summer. Although, for my own personal annoyance is the music. It takes a week to get the song out your head, then the kids want to go back. Maybe outside is best. I wish they put up things so the ground wasn't so hot in the summer tho. I really can't wait for our Ahwatukee membership to end, the parents and staff are okay, but it's something with leadership per usual. I don't know where they train at to skate under simitrucks and monster trucks, but working on your own technique can't...

We had our 7 yo’s bday here on 11/23 from 4:30-6:30pm. This place was absolutely amazing! The staff is INCREDIBLE! Alex and Sean are so easy to work with and helped create the BEST time for our kids’ bday party. Seriously cool dudes!! They checked in frequently to make sure we still had everything we needed, served the food, drinks, and cake to all the kids and adults. The food was just ok (we got pizza, chicken tenders, and fries). The entire place was very clean- if there was a mess, it was cleaned up very quickly. Loved that the grownups could sit up on the balcony to watch the kids below having fun while staff scattered themselves around the place to make sure everyone is being safe. Every single staff member we interacted with was very helpful and super kind- it really does seem like everyone loves to work here. It does get very warm in there, even just sitting upstairs so be prepared. My girls wore skorts and tshirts which seemed appropriate apparel instead of pants IMO. HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you are having a bday party here. The only thing they could improve on is their food. Overall, they do a great job and have amazing prices for...

Great atmosphere, but it's not very friendly for kids with special needs. Since Urban Air was closed, someone suggested this place. It cost $32 for one child's entry, which didn't include socks. My child with special needs was jumping for about 45 minutes when an employee approached me and asked if I could get my child to stop jumping in between the trampolines, as the rule is one child per trampolinešŸ§šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø As a parent, I sat and watched all the other kids doing this without issue, which I found frustrating he even brought that to my attention. Additionally, I noticed that the atmosphere lacks diversity, and perhaps that’s why my child stood out so much.
