I went it looking for a necklace, they didn’t have what I was looking for but assured me they could make it custom for me. The necklace was going to cost 720.00 dollars and I gave them a 150.00 dollar deposit. This is where my experience went south, after months of waiting I reached back out to them only to find out they forgot about me…. Then they called for me to pick up and I went in and they used a different chain because THEY thought it looked better…. So I have them exchange the chain, I come back in for pick up a second time and all the custom discs on the necklace were scratched up badly and were different thicknesses They told me they would fix this, I waited months again with no response from them. Now I’ve had enough and dont want the necklace anymore and they’re refusing to refund me, this wasn’t a service, they still have the gold, a refund should not be so farfetched….all in all their craftsmanship isn’t top tier but their prices are, I would highly recommend going to a REAL...

I have had the pleasure of buying 2 wedding bands, an engagement ring and an anniversary ring, over the course of 3 years, and always leave satisfied. Needless to say, my wife is always very happy. These guys were extremely awesome and made sure that my experience was an exceptional one! Came for a vacation to Florida from NJ and mentioned to them that I’d be in the area to pick up what i ordered instead of them shipping it and they made my experience that much better!!! I’d highly recommend they are quick, efficient, very customer friend and respond to all inquiries very timely! Will def continue to buy from them!
