The Coffee House — Restaurant in Florida

I will state those pictures on their site are fake or when they first opened. This place is a joke!! Half of the place is not even operating. I ordered a smoothie it was horrible! On top of the fact that the older gentleman gave me a stale pound cake. I told him the cake taste like fridge and its stale. He says " let me give you a fresh one"! He should of gave me a fresh one from the start! The second "fresh" one was worst! I just gave it back to him and told him "you eat this". Their pastries are bought in bulks cut or opened and individually wrapped and sold as fresh pastries. The white glazed cinnabon looks like they came from ALDI'S. We'll see how long this is going to last. They only reason he's still there is because he has no competition! Wait until Starbucks comes into the new mall. This reviews have to be made by them!! All those stars and no comments? By the way he didn't even offer to give me a refund for the cake. I'm sure he'll nedded it...

Apparently they are doing their own reviews because this place definitely deserves no more than 2 stars... terrible place for coffee. First off the coffee is decent at best. It's not that great. Second, the customer service usually is terrible. Nobody smiles, nobody says Thank you, and they all usually seem in a bad mood. (I know because I see them a lot as I also work in the mall). Today's visit will be my last. It took me 15 minutes to get a coffee. Then They screwed up a 20oz hazelnut coffee TWICE! Then after fixing it the second time, they didn't put the lid on all the way. I dripped hot coffee all down my nice dress pants leg. Not to mention the small roach I seen crawling on their coffee machine as I left. Never again... don't waste your time...

Came here for the first time and honestly it was quite pleasant. I don’t really go to coffee places besides Starbucks. However, they had a vast amount of choices of foods, coffee, smoothies, and other items. I would definitely recommend this place to those who like a nice relaxed environment. There really isn’t any down side to this place that I noticed, unless your a person who looks for something to complain about. Oh, almost forgot they even have books that they obtained for those who are just enjoying a fresh cup can read. If you haven’t been here it’s worth just coming out one time to visible see and enjoy what they...
