The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Tampa

Tonight I went to the vitamin shoppe and received the most amazing customer service. A nice gentleman asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking at protein powders and he walked me through all the options in detail while also engaging with my two year old daughter and answering all her questions of “what’s that”? He had a personal touch and also had a niece with the same name as my daughter. He gave me great product advice and even a sample. I was not asked to write a review, but it’s been a long time since I’ve been helped by such a kind associate. They seem to have a good selection of vitamins, supplements, and body care products. Everything is pricey, of course, but I think they at least match the prices of Nutrition S'mart and Sprouts, and they had some good specials. The reason I went there is that I was looking for a particular probiotic that other places were charging $45 for, and they had it on sale for $36. The staff seemed fairly knowledgeable, and they were extremely helpful. I had the most fantastic experience in the store today. I wish I captured his name but he was an Asian gentleman who was extremely helpful. I came into the shop today 09/13 for my first time and he was so extremely helpful. I had so many questions and he was so through and patient and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. In todays day you don’t see customer service like we used to but this gentlemen went above and beyond! I’m so happy to find my new supplement store and look forward to coming back!
