Overall 1 star based purely on poor food quality and I could have made all of it at home for 10% the cost. Before I get into it, the server was good, very polite and checked on us even though he was busy with other things. The lady who led us to our table didn't really acknowledge us after taking us to our table, she just put the menus and cutlery down in a pile and walked away. The milk tea tasted like long-life canned boba. The 'tapioca pearls' were like chunks of potato. Almost exactly like canned boba from a store. The food; Barely any flavor on anything and everything seemed like the ingredients were just whatever they could find that was closest to the correct thing. The ramen was like packet ramen??? It is supposed to be long thin and straight, but this came out like that microwaveable stuff. The pork roll in the ramen had no flavors not even salty. The ramen soup had almost no flavor. The seaweed was chewy. Overall just bad Octopus ball were quite nice but kinda just like a deep fried ball of mash potato, nothing really to it. No flavor and no large chunks of octopus if any. Sushi roll was soggy. The tempura shrimp within the roll was still COLD on the ends. I'm not sure how they fried it and it still be almost ice cold. Weird thing too, i distinctly remember chewing on fully cooked tuna in my shrimp tempura roll. And the presentation is so bad I couldn't really distinguish anything inside it. Pretty much same story with the rest.of my dishes. I was deceived by the 4.7 rating. This place is like a bad night club that decided to start selling food on the side. Waste of my time and money. Other places do endless sushi for less money and higher quality food and no time limit and don't tout about charging you for left food. On that note, the prices arein general ludicrous for this quality. Music was garbage. Walmart radio. Parking is ok. Bathrooms are ok. Decor was interesting but irrelevant. This place has really upset me and made me not want to risk trying new places for a while.

Personally , i will not recommend or dine in Ajisai restaurant again. I should’ve known something wasn’t right when the restaurant wasn’t even 1/4 full. Im a very frequent sushi eater and Ajisai missed the mark, totally. One of the rolls i ordered was the Godzilla Roll which was completely tasteless & has traumatized my experience at the establishment. The “white tuna” was so mushy, that i would’ve preferred they made it with the can tuna from the grocery store. The sushi rolls i ordered were falling apart, the rice tasted old, you will receive more avocado and rice instead of an even ratio of portions in the roll . Ajisai menu is false advertisement. The pictures that’s suppose to represent the item you’ll be ordering is pulled from the internet. The items you’ll receive is total catfish. The first thing i ordered was the Tom Yum Soup & it looked NOTHING like the photo on the menu. From that alone i knew my experience wasn't going to be the best. I spoke with the manager about the false advertisement and he said, “i know , this is our old menu we’re in the process of putting our OWN pictures on a new menu.” If you’re a person that eat with your eyes first , this IS NOT THE SPOT FOR YOU. I wasn't satisfied at all !!! The best thing on the menu was the Gyoza, that’s because it was premade , fried and brought the table. I also told the manager that the food was tasteless and I've eaten at many other establishments in Florida and this was by far the worse sushi I've had. He got offended and told me, “Well this isn’t the other establishments we’ve never gotten a complaint about our food.” Which Im sure that’s a lie. When dining at different establishments i try to give each spot their own spotlight and not compare them to other restaurants but this is not it. The foods that’s suppose to be a staple in their culture wasn’t represented correctly at Ajisai. Very disappointed. The picture attached isn’t even half of the food that i didn’t eat/sent back. The “onion soup” wasn’t touched at all.
