WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT!!!! They made me wait 10-15 minutes to be seated so my husband walked outside to handle a phone call, NO ONE TOLD EITHER ONE OF US that he wouldn’t be able to re-enter past a certain time even though we had JUST been told we had to wait before he walked out in front of the host while I wait for the table. When I was seated at 10:53 the rude server asked for beverages and told me I only had 7 minutes to figure out what I wanted so I rushed to place the order, AFTER placing the order for us both the server comes again to say my husband won’t be able to come back in due to security purposes, someone who was told to wait, was not advised and simply tried being a civilized person by taking the call outside AND already had their food ordered. I asked to speak to the manager because she literally was the one who told us we had to wait to be seated and with the most careless attitude she refused to let him re-enter. I had to leave without food because I was so dumbfounded in the quality of customer service and the lack of consideration AND communication on behalf of the host, server AND the manager. If I could rate zero stars I would I’ve never been seated, placed an order then have to leave completely upset and distraught. I will never visit this location again the Wesley Chapel location has never done something like this. By the way there was other people still ordering and getting their food while I was being denied of my dinner. So wrong and inconsiderate, at no time did anyone poke their head out to advise my husband he would be getting locked out otherwise he would’ve came...
Read moreOrdered thier filet cooked medium. Cut into it and it was bleeding on my plate. Waitress seen I wasnt eating and took it back to kitchen. Next came the manager to our table with my plate in hand asking if i wanted "THAT steak thrown back on the grill or was I needing whole new plate?" Asked for new plate since it has passed thru at least 2 sets of hands and paraded thru dining room twice. To which manager Peter replied, ok this 1 time but in the future not to eat a bite, return it as soon I cut into it. WHAT? WHY? Ok I didnt return it at all, waitress seen whole steak minus 1 bite and tried to correct order. 2nd steak came just as rare as 1st. Peter returned to table to check this steak was "cooked to my liking" as if I ordered wrong or it was my fault some how that his cooks dont know difference of rare or medium steak. Steak is in the NAME. Would expect it cooked medium 2nd go at it so just asked for to go box that id finish cooking it at home to which I was interrupted mid sentence and told it was cooked ,that nobody knows how rare steak is until cut into. WHAT??? Then decided he could keep his almost raw steak and go box pd my bill and left nice tip for wonderful waitress. Peter should not be running a hot dog stand let alone a steak house. Been a longhorn diner and fan for many years. Very disappointed in the customer service given by manager Peter and lack of knowledge the chef has in cooking a steak. Will be a while before we dine at longhorn,...
Read moreHad Dinner here today with the family after a long day. Our wonderful server was Megan B., and she did an amazing job even though the amount of rush and constant flow they had. She was waiting around the whole right side of the restaurant and made it look good to the point a very rude manger which he’s lucky I didn’t see him again (I’m sure he over heard my conversation about him) said a slick remark after I gave her a wonderful in person compliment after she gave me one. He said “you caught her on a good day”. This folks is why people quit because of management like that. Instead of giving her another pat on the back he tried to drag her down in which I said “girl he’s a hater” as they both walked away. This lady was attentive and I mean attentive my drinks never had to be asked for, my food ? Oh she was more on top of it than me, and again please let me stress again how busy it was today. She was non stop moving from waiting tables, helping other co workers, busing her tables and others. She was what that man manager needed. I hope and pray seriously she can go home tonight and know she made me and my family welcomed and honored to be waited by her that I tried to make her life easier because she did for me. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER WITH YOUR MANAGERS AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE when you hear a patron giving credit where due, you’ll indulge and give her the extra cookies that’s needed to push her to the end of her shift to want to come back tomorrow and...
