Love coming here but be careful. If you hesitate or put your hand down its sold! There is no going once going twice. They sale so much you have no time to think during sale. Do some pre sale looking know what you want what it's worth and what you will spend. Most of this stuff comes from Costco. Its returns, out of season or damaged. Be very careful of electronics. Most of these were returned for a reason This is buyer beware!. I have got huge deals and I have bought junk. The old you eat bear sometimes bear eats you analogy applies here. Don't get caught up In a bidding war. I've seen items go for way more than retail. All said if you like auctions and fast pace its a blast. I would give it 5 stars but there is no customer service at all. Unless you are one of the store owners that come weekly and spend thousands. I had a mini freezer on my bill once that I did not bid on. Their response was oh well! They did ask a store owner if she wanted it and she did. They do mix in estate items, especially furniture. Bought stuff from the auction it was something small I messaged to see if I was able to pick it up the following week when I got some more stuff no one message me back. I tried to call on the phone number on the website it was a busy signal my husband goes up today two and a half hours away to pick up our stuff that we won the past 2 weeks they was very rude not polite whatsoever the female was really really short with all of her responses and explain to him he could not pick up the stuff from the week prior it was already posted on another site. Just very poor business ran. Her response was we get too many messages we don't have time to message people back. So I guess they do not have time for business we will definitely not go back or bid on anything through ball auction again definitely lost...

BUYERS BEWARE- purchased bottles of liquor from online auction which were sold as bottles with contents. I could not tell from photos that they were almost empty and would have never thought they would sell opened bottles as it is not safe as contents cannot be guaranteed. There was also an item missing from my order. Ball does not answer phone or respond to messages. I have bought from them for years and understand that items may be scratched or missing parts but to sell opened bottles is unprofessional.
