Dishonest and disappointing. I’ve purchased items at this auction three times. The first time everything was great. The second time they left one of the items I won off of my invoice and I didn’t receive it. The third time was terrible. Multiple items were listed online with inaccurate pictures. I purchased a vanity top that was listed as new inbox. Once I got home and opened the box, the vanity top was completely different from the picture that was advertised on the auction and was cracked down the middle. It is unusable! I also purchased a wooden chair that was listed as new in box. Once opened, the chair is broken. I also purchased a pool. The picture on the auction showed a much larger and completely different style of pool. I only got a small blowup pool.

I understand all sales are final. I also understand you’re supposed to come and look at the items. But when you advertise something and it says new inbox and you get it and it’s obviously broken, that is unfair. Also, posting false pictures is just wrong!l. (also, I live an hour away. So it is not feasible for me to drive to view items. Drive back home and wait a few days for the auction to end and go back and pick up my items!)

Just because you put a disclaimer that says it is your responsibility to look at the items and the description is for reference only, doesn’t mean you can be dishonest and put completely misleading pictures on the auction as what you are...

Little expensive for outlet. But enjoyed looking at variety. Found a duvet(turns out too big for me so need to get out scissors and sewing machine ) for $35 but looked it up and on Amazon it's $39. No returns on receipt posted but didn't see it in store. Food was half off. Got a great deal on Equal packets. First time I'd been there. Probably visit again some day. They had a lot of beverages...flavored water etc. Nice furniture. Recommend that you open up your browser and check prices before buying to see if you get a good deal. I went to see if they had good deal on pumpkins and fall flowers. Sold out of flowers. Only small pumpkins left for 2 bucks. But enjoyed the drive into...
