We went to Best Buy first, and wasn't geeted by anyone. And the whole time we were there, not one employee asked if they could help us. We left with only one thing. Still needing more, we went to Game Stop. The second we opened the door, they were wecoming us into the store. Every last employee, at one time or another, made sure we found what we came there for, and more. I had 2 grandsons with me, getting their Christmas for them. At Best Buy,we could find only one thing. But at Game Stop, we left with 27 things. With the help of the friendly staff, my grandsons got everything they were looking for. Read moreI originally had an issue with the store because the worker working the night that I came in refused to accept the return for an action figure when it was clearly stated on the receipt that I was within my right to return the action figure in brand new condition. Although the initial confrontation was very frustrating, we did get in contact with the manager and she did an excellent job and providing great customer service and resolved my issue.
