The staff are not very knowledgeable. They didn't know where my items were after I was emailed that my order was ready for pickup. When I came back the second time only one of two packages came and she could not tell me where the other was because it wasn't in the system. I asked to return my item and she said only store credit because I used PayPal. I said no thank you. She gave me a bag to do a mail in return , never telling me there was a charge for that, and I asked which Mail company and she...
