I love the clothes and products that Kohl’s offer but as far as their system goes I’m never ordering from the again online. Ever. The last straw is, they didn’t send me all the items I ordered, I called customer service, waited on hold for 20 mins, only to be told I have 3 options, all of which are ridiculous. #1-they could reorder for me and send out what items I am missing but I would have to pay for it again since “their system” won’t let them send out items for free. Sounds like bologna to me. #2- I could go to the nearest Kohl’s store (40 minutes away) and hope that, that store carries my product and exchange it. #3-I can take it to the nearest store and get a refund. Read moreI bought a Bissell Crosswave from the Terre Haute store on 11/16/2022. I opened a new credit card with them that day so I could get the discount they were offering and then paid it off in cash right there at the register. It's now 2/19/2023 and they are still billing me the full price for that bissell that I had already paid off!! I sent them my copy of the receipt and everything after taking pictures of it and they are STILL trying to charge me plus interest! I spoke with someone about this about 5 different times and was constantly told they'd get this matter fixed and obviously it STILL hasn't been resolved as they are still harassing me.
