LT Royal Nails — Local services in Terre Haute

I am absolutely heartbroken to have to leave this review ….. I just have come from having my daughter and her friends special pedicure appointment for there dance tomorrow …. And our experience was totally ruined …. First of all I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for 5-6 pedicures we walk in and the chairs are full of customers most likely walk ins ….. we didn’t get seated until 6:40 ….. I was the last one to get mine in the water …. My daughter was wearing my VS PINK Black and white sweatpants the girl doing her nails (super sweet by the way) ended up spilling dark red burgundy polish on my daughters pants right on the white part she proceeded to try to blot it out idk if she ended up rubbing it in but they are totally ruined ….. I’m steaming at this point and honestly in all the years I’ve been getting my nails done have NEVER had anything like this happen … I go up to pay and I’m trying to tell the woman I believe that is the owner what’s going on and the man that did my nails is standing there loudly over and over repeating $85 $85 $85 and holding his hand out !??? Like what do you think I’m going to do run out ?? My daughter is still under the fan getting her nails dried come on !!! You would think they would have offered to comp my daughters nails or make it right in some way but no ….. I end up spending $90 and having my $55 VS pink sweets ruined what a...

LT Royal Nails absolutely blew me away! From start to finish, the staff was attentive, kind, and incredibly skilled. I came in with a pretty complex gel mani-pedi situation—shimmery pink perfection for summer, plus two stubborn big toe gaps that needed a little love—and they handled everything with so much grace and precision. Orlando was especially kind and welcoming. I talked to him the whole time, and he made me feel not just pampered, but truly cared for. His warmth and attention made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Not only did they give me the most gorgeous glow-from-within shimmer, but they also restored my toe confidence and made me feel radiant. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed—every detail was thoughtful. I’m never disappointed! I forgot my nail artist’s name but he is a perfectionist & I love it! Too often I would leave salons and see errors in my shape, polish & even acrylic over my cuticles! This is never the case at LT. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last month because I forgot to call to make an appointment and went somewhere on a whim. I spent 2.5 weeks hating my nails. Went back to LT today since that’s where I was always happy before quarentine & I’m glad I did! My nails are exactly how I wanted them.
