Clay Cooley Hyundai of Terrell - Service — Local services in Terrell

I purchased a new car 12/30/2023. I purchased GAP insurance and extra coverage. The sales person stated that part of the deal of free oil changes for 3 years. Fast forward to 5/20/2024, I go to get oil change at Clay Cooley in Terrell, after getting the oil change and leaving, I receive a call stating that I did not have the free oil changes as part of my deal. The salesman that sold me the car no longer works there because he was telling people the wrong thing. But, I speak to a manager who tells me he cannot prove that his salesperson stated this because he is gone. My question, why is he gone? Because he was telling people incorrect information?? They should’ve honored this especially if you let him go for giving incorrect info. The customer should not have to suffer due to your salesman being inadequate. They covered oil change from yesterday, thank you! And will be covering the second one, that is if they don’t get rid of the manager that told me this. I am so disappointed with Clay Cooley! Clay Cooley Hyundai of Terrell treated me like family. I can't say enough positive things about the team I worked with. From the minute I walked in, I had a positive experience. Brad was patient in helping me find a vehicle that was right for me (twice in the same week). He made sure it was the right fit for me, comfortable, and something I would enjoy driving. He stayed with me through the entire experience, until I drove home in my new vehicle. Wesley explained my finance and payment options and didn't make it the dreadful experience I've had in the past. Excellent customer service and quality. My engine light came on and I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle and always had it serviced there. Unfortunately they told me I could not get an appointment for 30 days and were not helpful at all!
