Around4-4:30 i went to chik-fil-a in terrell to grab some food. I wish I would of gotten the names of the manager and the girl who gave me the food...but I didn't. So what happend was that the girl that handed me my food and drink already had a bit of an attitude. When I asked her if there were 4 avocado lime ranch in the bag...she said really quick with a bit of an attitude in her tone..."I don't know you can check!" And continue to walk back to the open door. After I checked my bag I noticed I only had 2, to I waited for her to turn around so that I can get her attention. When I did get her attention she looked at me and I said " I'm missing 2 avocado lime ranch". Mind you I was never disrespectful to her, nor was I rude or mean. I stayed content and nice... she looked at me rolled her eyes at me and turned around trying to walk back to the door...then turn back around to tell me ok. Then continue to go back to the door.... she came back to let me know I had to pay for the 2 I was missing. When I was trying to explain back what I thought was right I said "no honey it says here..." she cut me off in the middle of my sentence with a sarcastic smile and tone.... she continue to say " ok you know what? I'm gonna go get my manager so that she can explain it to you!". The manager indeed did come and explain...she was really nice about it, which I appreciate. I did pay the 2 I was missing and also let he know what her employee did. I completely understand where the other girl is coming from...she probably had a bad day, or a bad week or weeks. I've also worked for customer service in restaurants for yrs!... but there no reason what so ever to have a nasty attitude, sarcastic smile or a rude tone... when someone is being kind. She needs to learn to keep personal feelings or problems outside of work and come in with a positive attitude. That or give her an hr break so that she can calm down and get back to work with a whole...
Read moreTerrible experience … I never never ever give anyone a bad review but this one really pushed the wrong buttons. I ordered the #7 through the drive thru. I had to drive back because it had no chicken. I asked to be given a fresh burger fresh fries and new drinks. The lady seemed bothered that I asked for new drinks. As we drove away my husband realized his bread was cold. Keep in mind he gets this burger about once a week . The box looked like the old one and had the same drive thru sticker and the fries looked old and salty . They obviously gave us the same sandwhich but with chicken. We went back a second time and I asked for a manager turns out it was the same lady that was annoyed about me asking for fresh drinks . This time my husband got off and told her this burger is cold . Not only was the bread cold but the bacon looked dry and old . Now tell me why I wouldn’t think that they gave me the same sandwhich and fries ? Rather than trying to correct or reassure us about our paid meal she question us. She said didn’t you say you drove about 30 minutes (15 min and 15 min back) it got cold on the way. I told her we literally just left and turned back. She said the cheese is melted so it’s a new one and it got cold because of the veggies . Isn’t the customer always right ? So I said plus the box still has the same sticker . She said I threw the other one away now why would you put the same sticker on the box ? & if that was the case why not prove me wrong and show me the old box? She’s proving me wrong on everything else ? I told her my husband has literally always gotten this meal a thousand times . I’m honestly surprised with their lack of customer service !!!!!
This could’ve easily been fixed with a little bit...
Read moreI was absolutely appalled by the customer service at this location. The workers are super rude and not friendly at all. As a retail worker myself, I understand we have good and bad days but that doesn't mean you take it out on customers or other people. And if several people are that frustrated and upset at an establishment it makes me think how management and the owner is treating its workers.
We tried using a gift card for some of our order and it wasn't working. Gift card was gifted last Christmas. Worker passed us off to the Lead working in the drive thru. The Lead had an attitude from the start. We suggested maybe they input the gift card number and PIN, but the Lead said if it didn't swipe through it was expired, told us to call the number, and tried to rush us off. No apology or anything. And we were like...gift cards expire? We thought it would've been at least 2 years like other cards. This could've been a learning experience for everyone because we were unaware these gift cards expire so quickly, but instead we felt embarrassed for even trying to use one.
We got our food and it was cold. I ordered a 12 piece meal and ended up getting an 8. Some of my nuggets had pink in them. Dads sandwich was sloppily put together and the cheese wasn't even melted. Luckily his chicken patty was cooked through. We didn't bother going back because we were already frustrated with the service and they didn't give us a receipt.
This location needs training on...
