Never been to one of these coffee franchises before, and if you have seen my reviews but not only own coffee shops but stop all over the country because I am a coffee addict. I get the exact same drink wherever I go which would be a 24 oz Americano. So I did the walk up window asked for a 24 oz and actually showing the girl my gigantic cup which was already hot from hotel coffee. Unlike Starbucks and everyone else they will not put the drink in my cup. My order. 24 oz with an extra shot three pumps of sugar for a vanilla leave room in the top for heavy cream. The first picture will be for $4.28 receipt and it shows medium hot Americano extra shot. Of course when I looked at that little bitty cup just laughed and said that's not right so they won't take it back through the window so I had to go pour it out in the parking lot. As a shop owner my head spun because it was in two cups with a lid. Refunded my money.
Order number two large hot Americano three sugar-free vanillas heavy cream then was told they don't have heavy cream as they don't make their own whipped cream instead use the nasty can stuff. First time I've ever seen a actual coffee shop not make their own cream, mine is blown. So had to settle for half and half which is not the same. Should have just left and went across the street. Get my drink it's into cups with a lid even though I'm pouring it directly in my cup and then they wasted another two cups with a little bit of hot water so I could top off my drink. As a shop owner six cups for a $4.62 drink that wasn't even hot I was able to drink it before I even made it 2 mi down the road as it was only Luke warm. I don't understand why people flock to some of these chains???. I try not to do business with star you know who but as far as the big chains they are consistent and when I ask for it hot it will scold you which I like. I would give it a Negative 3 star. My drink was made wrong. They Proceed to fix it without redoing it. I am okay with that but then proceed to give it wrong AGAIN. When i asked for it to be fixed almost a one pound of cinnamon springles was pored on the drink with a really bad attitude. Honestly, if i was a rude customer i would maybe understand. Large drinks with additional charge for customizing should be atleast fixed correctly or replace. What really upset me was the attitude and rudeness while making constant mistake. Spoke to the manager and instead of apologizing and taking responsibility said āthis is how its madeā. I come here so often that a lot of these employees already know me. I order the same drink every time which is at least 4-5 times a week. i know how they should make it!!!! I just smile and opened my drink for him to see the drink and returned it. They finally remade it the correct way after he saw it. So disappointed and i will probably start Starbucks more ofter...

I am really trying to give the location and better rating but for the last month I have had issue after issues. Not sure if the employees need more training or if this location is just cutting back on their supplies(coffee/syrup). My go to is the Sugarfree Golden Eagle. Usually I get to the window before my drink is made at this location so I can see them making it. They leave out the carmel syrup or they are putting in way to much milk and no coffee to where I am drinking a glass of milk vs a coffee drink. Then when I ask them about the missing ingredients they get upset. I am paying (depending what size I get $7-$10) for the drink I ordered and not getting it for free. Any other location I have no issues and get an actual coffee/drink that I order. Don't get me started on the person taking the order to see if I left a tip?!?!? This location needs...
