INEXCUSABLE BEHAVIOR!!!
My son and I were in from out of town because of his club foot surgery.
We pulled in and parked. After we parked some homeless people came up to me and asked me if i could buy them some food. I agreed.
I walked up to the counter and started to order before I could finish my sentence the cashier (Tiniya M.) interrupted my EVERY sentence. I would like to add the cashier had no greeting for me and had a mean tone throughout our interaction.
I specifically asked her 3 times I needed part out my order to go and the other part to dine inside. My son and I found a table and waited. Finally after a long wait they called our number. I had to go to the counter and get our food. (My son pointed out afterwards that they brought everyone’s food to there table execpt our order.)
As I walked up to the counter I noticed that our order was was in a large togo bag. I told the cashier (Tiniya) that is not how i requested my order and that it needed to be fixed. The cashier took our order to a female employee then they both looked at the bag then looked at me and started LAUGHING. The cashier brought it back to me and said i could fix it myself. I tried reasoning with the cashier but to her I was at fault.
Finally, I asked to speak to the manager (Alisha Davis) who was well aware of what was happening because she was ten feet away while all this was taking place. The cashier would not get the manager. This was quite embarrassing for me and stressful as I am handicapped. After insisting on speaking with the manager she took my order to the manager and the manager(Alisha) shook her head and the cashier (Tiniya) brought my order back to me. The cashier said again I had to fix it myself. By this time my $50.00 order was cold. To me a manager who does not address a customers needs is a lousy manager.
I have never met two employees that were that disrespectful, rude, lazy and un-compassionate. I would be ashamed to have two employees like them.
Throughout this ordeal my son witnessed and heard his father being treated badly and being humiliated in front of a...
Read moreY'all FAILED ya Secret Shop today!! The lady's room was NASTY with poopy toilet paper all over the floor, which remained there the entire 30 minutes I was in the establishment and had been there before my arrival. Which means y'all are NOT cleaning or checking your bathrooms regularly. I arrived there at 4:30pm, the dining room was empty, no drive-thru customers. They had two employees cleaning the drink machine nozzles. They had several staff in the kitchen/drive-thru area. It took 15-20 minutes to make my order, because they fried my apple pie fresh. I ordered one fried apple pie, one chocolate chip cookie, one #8 combo meal (double Jr burger, I added 2 slices cheese, asked for it plain, no veggies, small fry, small drink) they had my fries and burger under heat lamps for 10 minutes while waiting on my pie, so I asked for my fries so they didn't get cold. They definitely did not taste fresh nor hot. They finally bagged up my burger, pie, and cookie and I headed to my car. Upon opening the burger I noticed they put mustard on it, which I had asked for it plain, meaning no sauce. I went back inside and they remade it. I checked the bathroom, and they STILL had not cleaned up the toilet paper with poop on it off the floor. I let the cashier know it needed cleaning and why, and mentioned it being a health hazard to leave feces all over their floor like that. He just mumbled uh huh and ignored me as I left. They wore the same gloves they had been using to clean the drink nozzles while they rang up my order and handled my food. That is a big no-no in the restaurant industry. You are supposed to change gloves after cleaning and/or using the cash register before handling food. Definitely give this restaurant an F on their service and...
Read moreThey Didn't Listen. My Order Wasn't Complicated At All. They Ruined My 1st Experience but, I will give them another try in the future. I am eating a pescaterian diet so, I opted for the breakfast items after finding out that the fish sandwich offered on Google's Whataburger menu was not available. We noticed they have jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I simply ordered 1 without sausage. My boyfriend comes behind me and asks to add a jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit with sausage. I also ordered onion rings which were good. We pull off from the busy drive thru to check my food and they gave me a regular cheese and egg breakfast biscuit sandwich and then tossed a plain jalapeño cheddar biscuit in the bag with it. I was super annoyed because I was looking forward to trying the jalapeño cheddar biscuit with the egg and cheese on it. I had to sit in the parking lot and dismantle the plain biscuit sandwich attempting to remove the cheese and egg , break apart the jalapeño cheddar biscuit without crumbling it to pieces, salvage as much cheese as egg as I could get off the plain biscuit to build my own: jalapeño cheddar breakfast biscuit with egg and cheese. What a job?! Had the car interior light on while parked under a lamppost. All this wasted my time, my food wasn't hot, and I was hungry and disappointed. Better Luck Next Time. There was no way we were going back to fix the order, we had already waited for several cars to order before we finally...
