Horrible customer service. There was 6 of us We ordered a caramel Frappuccino without coffee for one of the kids. They gave us a cup with cream and cool whip. That's it! I asked the lady that one of our drinks was wrong and was missing the caramel. She argued that it was "clear caramel." This particular drink comes with caramel drizzled and so my sister got up and tried to explain to them that they wanted the drink just with no coffee but everything else. She went ahead and PAID extra to have caramel drizzled on the drink, anyway.
They added like three little passes over the drink and gave it back to my sister.
Normally, it's not a big deal. But it was for a very disappointed kid. Who still was not happy. It was ridiculous. They were all rude. And one of them said: "for the record, when you order blah blah blah...." (I could not hear the rest). My sister then responded her: "I ordered a caramel Frappuccino without coffee. We still wanted the caramel; just not the coffee." They just stared at her.
And then, they just turned away from her and continued working on their other orders. My mom's drink was also wrong, but we...
Read moreStarbucks wonders why their sales are so bad, well they should use secret shoppers and the answer will quickly show itself. Walked into this location before six am, not a single customer inside, one person at drive through. Three employees all doing work, grinding beans, stocking etc, that was more important than addressing the paying guest right in front of them. They let you stand there feeling uncomfortable looking around while they finish their side work and then seem irritated that I am bothering them to spend money to give them the side work. Just when did basic customer service become so uncommon? Greet your paying guest and your side work can wait. If it’s something that cannot, then greet them and tell them you’ll be right with them. The lady ringing me up barely spoke, no smile and no thank you. The guy who made the drinks was polite. I’ve seriously went for an every single day customer to maybe once a month when I travel and this is...
Read moreMy visit here caused me to decide to never go to Starbucks ever again. I’ve spent thousands at Starbucks over my lifetime. I came in and asked for an ice water, the barista said “you have to make a purchase” I said “oh I did this is mine right here” (proceeded to grab my mobile order) she started angrily making me a cup of ice water and said “it’s against policy to give out ice water”. I said “well then why don’t they have it on the app where we can purchase it because I would pay for it” she said “idk I guess cause we have bottled”. I said “yeah but I want ice and water” then she tries to take the cup back and says “ohh you just wanted ice?” So free ice is ok but if you add water it’s not?? Why can’t we purchase it? The ethos water tastes like trash. At least have a water option that tastes better as an option to purchase. I’m just done. Ruined my whole...
