First of all, I love Taco Cabana. They have great queso and fresh steak Fajitas and ingredients. It is just the staff at this location that is the problem. They mix the stale chips with the fresh chips so you wind up having to throw your chips out and get them elsewhere just to enjoy the queso. 4 times of ordering chips and queso, different days of the week and different time of day, all 4 times had stale chips mixed in. People do not want to pay for stale chips that should have been thrown out. Then the staff doesn't seem to want to wait on you. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, there was no one in the restaurant or even in the drive through. The other restaurants next door had plenty of customers and if this location is not doing the business it should, it would likely be due to the stale chips and customer service issues. The female staff member that was working the register said she would be right with me, and then proceeded to do everything except take my order. I stood there for a good while watching her go about doing random things until I was unable to stand anymore. I am handicapped, wear wrist braces and walk with a cane. Yes, she could see that I was handicapped and parked in the handicapped space right in front of the window in front of her and she just let me stand there forever instead of take my order when I was visably not able to stand well. When she saw that I was finally fed up and started to leave she finally said " I can take your order on register 1" after my back was already turned and I was headed to the door so I told her "never mind" and left. I still love Taco Cabana, but sadly will not be returning to this location. I will just have to order from other locations when I am in those areas instead because this one can't seem to be bothered with taking your order or making sure they serve...

Staff was in the back having a good old time! The floors and tables were filthy! All the staff was in the back, laughing and cutting up, on their cell phones, no one was worried about how the restaurant appeared to those walking through the front door! There was no one in the restaurant at the time in question, so they had plenty of time to clean the entire restaurant end to end.
The past three visits have been a disaster!
There’s nothing worse than trying to eat a meal and you see a bug crawl across the table next to you! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like!
I sent a letter to corporate, no response! So now I’m posting it on here with pictures to validate my complaint! I Will be reaching out to the health inspector since no one at corporate has a vested interest in the restaurant!
I’m waiting for the typical cut-n-paste response from the owner and it goes something like this; “ We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns seriously. Our team is working hard to address these issues and improve our service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.”
MEANWHILE, nothing will ever be done to improve the service and/or the condition of the restaurant because the complaints continue to flow in. Who knows just how many people are not reporting what they see here?!

I only wanted cheese and onions and the only option I was given was to either remove peppers and onions or add peppers and onions you can't remove just the peppers and no option to add cheese so my wife said I'll just go up there and place an order and tell them at the window how you want it so she did and of course she gets up there it takes forever to get through the drive-thru and when she does she's told oh sorry we don't have any chicken fajita it's going to be 30 minutes to get it ready so we just gave up..The employees are rude there's no management representation the place is dirty and nasty and I'm sick and tired of having this particular Taco Cabana in my community.. Do us a favor and close this place down or sell it to somebody that can run it properly it's not fair that we had to have such a sub-standard Taco Cabana with the absolute worst service the worthless management team with employees with the worst attitudes who could care less and after reading all the reviews it looks to me like corporate could care less as well... I could spend my money anywhere and probably will from this point on we try it about every six months hoping it night have finally resolved some of the problems that plaque this place but its always the same thing it's...
