Terrell Bowling Center — Local services in Terrell

First time going was today. Great place, friendly staff, fun environment, really enjoyed it. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when we got there, it was slow (which was great). Especially bc the gentleman who got us set up, put us on lane 15. My daughter who is 9, needed the bumpers, and the last lane (16) has the bumpers up. So he told us he'd just let her bowl on 16 since it was so slow. The guy who told us that, ended up leaving before we were done, so we got charged for 12 games total. The 5 we played and 7 she played by herself. I went to the bathroom while my ol man was paying for it, or else I would have said something to the other gentleman. Came out and found out how much we paid, so went and asked for the man who set us up only to find out he was gone for the day. The guy working took my number down and said he'd call me after he spoke with the other gentleman, never heard back about it either way. I'll probably give it one more shot, but definitely won't take any "kind" gestures from the staff again bc apparently, that doesn't pan out.

Just making a review, so any tight income families who wanna go out for some bowling/family fun, don't get caught up in the same situation as me. Great service, besides getting told one thing & shown another. Almost a hundred dollars later, i would have never let my 9 year old bowl 7 games by herself had i know the end...

I found this place after searching on google so I took my children on a Saturday evening and we were the only ones there for the first 30 minutes. Given that I am an introvert it was perfect. We had an amazing time and the staff were wonderful. I truly enjoyed having a private venue without the cost of having to rent it out. It’s a hidden gem for sure. So we wanted to go bowling since it has been a while. We got on maps, and this location was closest one to us. When we arrived you barely could see the place due to a low lit sign.
