Subway — Restaurant in Terrell

Only giving one star because I had to, Ordered a 6 inch meatball sub and thought I saw the guy only put 3 meatballs so I asked him how many meatballs come on the 6 inch and he said 4. So I thought that maybe one was hidden and I couldn’t see it. When I got home with the food and opened the sandwich there were in fact only 3 meatballs. Frustrated because I had asked and still only received 3, I called and asked for a manager but they do not have a manager at that location. I explained what happened to the women who answered the phone and she said she was sorry and I could drive back up there and get my 1 missing meatball. Really?? So...

My wife went to get lunch on her break. After making the sandwich and checking out, their card reader was down. The ladies bickered for a moment over whether or not the machine had been working. Not having any cash on her, my wife asked what they could do for her, and the lady asked aggressively, “Are you gonna pay for this sandwhich?” at which my wife responded, “Do you have a way to take my card?” At this point, the lady behind the register ripped the sandwich off the counter and threw it in the trash.

The entire experience was very unprofessional, and wasted the time for her lunch break. She will not be going back to...

First time coming to this subway and I’m a fan of the restaurant. But I went today to get some food for me and my fiancé only to be in disgust as the gentleman behind the counter was on the counter line preparing the sandwiches. Constantly on his phone touching his pants, the screen etc. not washing them, putting on gloves doing the same cycle again of touching dirty objects with his gloves and then preparing the food. I was in disgust seeing this and decided to take my leave. I hope they resolve this issue and train the employees better with washing their hands and changing their gloves after touching...
