Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Terrell

Extremely bad customer service by Angie at this location. We ordered a pizza online and they said they have not received our online order. Yet the delivery person came to our door, with the completely wrong pizzas. I called to inform the location and Angie was completely disrespectful and informed me that the Manager was at home and did not speak with customers. I asked her can you provide him my phone number to call me. I informed her I have my order number and she refused to take it down. Then requested I spend more money and order another pizza. They already took the money out of my account as I kept informing Angie but yet her rudeness continued. So when I asked for the corporate phone number, she told me to find it myself. Michael called me on Tuesday to interview. Wanted me to come in that day, and it was around 5 pm. I went in Wednesday morning when they opened. Of course he noticed my disability and I assured him I could do what was expected of me. It turned into he would talk to the manager the next day, I guess for permission to hire me. He was doing the interviewing so I assumed he would be able to hire as well. Never heard back. Discrimination is real and exists, they just make an excuse and think people are dumb enough to believe it. I will never order from this pizza hut in Terrell, TX again and I will spread the word as I do not appreciate people mistreating the way I was born and I cannot change it I have to work and survive....

I placed my order on the app and requested contactless curbside. I get there and tap I'm here in the app and I wait...nobody comes. So I call the store and it rings nonstop with no answer. I can see in the store and I can see the employees standing there. Finally I get fed up and go inside only to find the employees sitting down on their phones. Having to go inside is not a huge deal, however when you have spent the whole day deep cleaning your house, you're tired and you and the kid are hungry, and you request for your order to be brought to the car (where you were going to give a tip for bringing the food outside), but instead you have to go inside only to see the employees sitting down and standing around it's quite...
