Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Terrell

Went in on Sunday, october 27th around 6pm after I'd ordered online. My food wasn't ready. A young girl finally acknowledged me after she was sulling around behind the register for about 4 minutes without acknowledging guests. I stood there at least 15 minutes or longer even though I ordered online. The food was just sitting there waiting for her to bag. She was literally moving like a turtle. A kid that work there was standing in the kitchen where food was being made just chowing down on some wings, after he saw me staring, he turned his back and went to the work table on the back wall to finish eating. So gross! When I worked in food service, eating in the kitchen was a no no! My sandwiches were cold because they sat there so long waiting for her to bag them. These kids have no sense of urgency!!!!! Really need some adult...

I have had Charley’s twice since moving closer to this area.

One of the times I dined in. I was carrying my 3mo baby when he fell asleep before I could finish my food. A staff member was about to use the fountain drink machine (we were sitting close to it) when she noticed that my baby was sleeping, very thoughtful she said she’ll just use it later to avoid waking him up. I was in shock. Shock of how considerate she was. That was probably the sweetest thing ever experienced, idk why but it was.

I often visit this Walmart, but today I decided to switch things up and try their cheesesteaks. It was my first time, and I have to say, they were cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and served incredibly fast. I ordered the Old School Cheesesteak with extra meat and some additional toppings, paired with a regular order of fries and a strawberry lemonade.
