I have been a longtime customer of AT@T for over 20 years. I was always glad to be a customer even back when we got our very first “dark ages” cell phone. Over the years this store was always excellent to deal with it, and it has only been in the last year or so apparently that AT@T has changed their policies. And I will leave the employee unnamed that signed me up through the store there for DirecTV, but he flat out lied to me. And this is just one instance out of about 4 this year for problems I’ve had with AT@T that I have gone round and round and round with them over this past year. And not a thing has been resolved yet. Each person I’ve talked to whether at this store or on the phone with customer support has a different answer every time. Customer Service at this store, and at AT@T as a company has gone extremely downhill. Apple was actually more helpful in answering my questions very promptly about the brand new upgraded IPhone I got earlier this year that is defective. Buyer beware going through AT@T. Apple actually told me they’d had thousands upon thousands of complaints about AT@T in the last year or two. I’m really disappointed and not too pleased, because they were so great for 20 plus years. And I’m not a complainer type person unless there is a real issue with someone or some business...
Read moreThey are NOT a direct tv return location. This is what Richard told me when I went in to send back my DirectTV receivers and DVR box after 3 years of service. I live in a small town about 50 miles away in rural Arkansas and do not get AT&T signal. I can use the satellite, but the additional bonus features AT&T are offering with Direct TV are of no use to me. I have called tech, I have reported, I have toughed it out through a 2 year contract and additional year to see if it improved. In the end, I'm tired of paying $110/ month to use a DVR and get basic service. My equipment is out of date and I decided to just cancel. But Richard tells me to go to UPS store. It's closed. How about requesting boxes to send back? Sure, they pay for it to be returned. What they don't tell you is that UPS and FedEx charge a fee to drive to my out of the way small town. Who pays that? Me. As I'm in the parking lot calling Direct TV, at 7:06 pm on a Saturday night, they begin closing their store down. They pull the gates and start turning off lights. Closing time on the website is 8pm. So, what's...
Read moreBradley was our rep at the Texarkana, Texas location. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We went to check out as we were purchasing a new IPAD PRO for myself. Bradley ordered one for us and told us it was due to arrive in about 27 days but said it could possibly come sooner. I have 25,000 pictures on my iPhone so he told me that I could bring my iPad back up there when I received it. I will definitely take it back to him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He use to work at Best Buy. You need more people like him that really know what they are doing. You get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much Bradley. Merry Christmas! I’m very impressed by this team at the Summerhill Rd location. Home office- Be sure to pay these people well so they will stay. Otherwise next time I need to go back for something there will be an entire new team with bad attitudes not having the knowledge that this team has. Thanks so much!...
