Terrible !! The young lady who works at the front is smug and rude. She’s like a Younger girl with hair medium length . She acts bored and seems as though she hates her job . The first time we went in she was rude to my husband and daughter. She told them to come back with my daughters ID. The second time I came back in with daughter and her ID that still wasn’t enough . The skinny lady , pretty sure she’s one of the artist there I don’t know her name , but she’s nice. She told me all I needed to come back with to have daughters nose pierced was her ID and birth certificate. So I was like ok we will do that and come back. So I go back a third time. I have birth certificate, ID , SS card and my 17 year old daughter. Who do we get the smug chic, “yay us” She was more busy with the other person , seemed annoyed to have to wait on us and just seemed happy if we would leave. I told her or tried to explain the skinny lady “artist” told me what I need and that’s what I did. But this girl that works at the counter pissed me off when she said, well if she wants to break the rules that’s on her. I told her , I’m pretty sure she’s not breaking any rules . I think she’s the only one who knows what’s going on because apparently this girl don’t . Who dogs an artist in front of customers anyway . I told the girl off and I normally keep my cool , but this was our third trip . I was livid at this point. We live way out of town and to be treated rude and what’s funny is I brought the documents they told me to bring . If you don’t know your own stores policy and no one is communicating with the other employees then you don’t need to own a shop . Now let me say this if the young lady the skinny one . The artist I think 🤔 if she told me . “ ok my bad “ I told you wrong docs . Sorry that you made a third trip more than 30 minutes out of town , come back and we will do half price etc make it right then I would’ve been cool . I’m a 20 yr vet wife Navy love tats . Looking to get another , but I won’t ever go to this place again as long as that girl at the desk / counter is working . She’s ruining that business by being rude and smug to customers. I had booked appointment with Dalton, confirmed the appointment time that morning with Dalton everything was good to go. But out the blue he calls an say he has to cancel mine because he realize he had double booked appointments.
