Wonderful! Seriously I have been to several Fossil stores and this one by far not only exceeds expectations in merchandise but customer service. We bought my grandmother a lovely watch for one of her Christmas gifts this past year. 1st They sent the back up copy of receipt/warranty to us so that her email inbox would not receive it prior to Christmas to ruin the surprise. 2nd She has had to get two links taken out, which they did a few weeks ago... However as great as the fit is, without help, she cannot get the watch on or off independently. At her age independence is extremely important. A.J. put a link back in and it was of course to big, so then removed the extra link, but saved the day reminding my grandmother it is water resistant she can take a shower with it!!! A.J. was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable because of her we will be back. I believe we've also convinced my grandmother to get another band ( the fossil location is fairly close to her home) to interchange with, and posibly use the one with an interlocking clasp less often and a leather band that will match the watches face for a daily fit avoiding the clasp issue. I went into the store last week to pick up a watch for a friend. I did not know the outlet closed at 7 now instead of 8 so I ended up arriving just 15 minutes before closing. I live all the way in Houston so I still wanted to go in even for the short time. Tyler was working that night and was extremely patient and even took the time to engrave both watches my sister and I purchased. He had amazing customer service and made us both feel welcome and relaxed! Quite funny as well lol. I used to work in retail so I know the feeling of when a customer walks in right before closing but he didn't make us feel anxious about time at all. Everytime I come in here i get disappointed. The employees never acknowledge me. They never talk to me unless I talk to them. The 2 guys working today acted like I was beneath them. I like fossil watches. I feel you get a nice looking watch at a great price. If yall keep hiring people like these two guys, I might be done with fossil. I know I'm just 1 guy that doesn't matter to yall. Hopefully yall get better employees. People that don't judge people on how they look. Next time say hi, how are you doing?
