Rally House Houston Outlets — Local services in Texas City

Did some shopping there today in Texas City. We were looking at coasters sitting at the edge of the sales counter. One fell off and broke. I immediately told the associate I’d pay for it. He said they fall off all of the time and would check with the manager. She walked by and he asked about it and she said sarcastically, yeah our policy is y’all have to pay for it, never breaking stride. She just kept walking. Her tone was awful. As I walked out, I told her she could say it a little more gracefully and she said “not my problem.” Hailee is her name. Super rude. Again, my issue was not with paying for what we broke. I went in on Black Friday and they did not have any sales going on at all. Everything was regular price which should have been my first sign to turn around and leave. But I didn’t. My niece is going to Sam Houston so I went on in further to find the college stuff for SH. They were extremely outrageous on their prices. I could not believe how much everything was. A small little bear with SH on it was $17.99!! I heard others saying the same things I was thinking. That store does not belong at the outlets mall for sure....

If you are looking for anything sports team related in the Houston area you have got to come to this place!

The only sad part is is they do have cowboy stuff in there so I warn you now LOL

Place is great. It has lots of inventory. The staff is very friendly. Prices are a little high but they're actually better than the prices if you go to the team store downtown.

Almost anything that you can think of is in this store. As soon as I walked in the front door is my jaw just dropped!
