I've been there several times and almost every time had a great shopping experience. Levis store employees are great and very helpful. However I had a bad experience with the sales associates in Lane Bryant. They were rude and unhelpful. I asked about specials employee said there was something but wasn't sure what the register would ring up. I asked for help with sizing the employee acted as if I was bothering her. I asked about a loyal customer card because I get emails all the time and didn't have my card with me I thought they could use my phone number to look it up. Employee said in a highly defensive tone that they don't have anything like that. I tried to purchase something I used my debit card and was told that it didn't go through on their end so I did it again and it said approved and was still told it was not going through on their end. I went outside to call the credit card customer service and the transaction did go through I went inside and told the manager and she would not give me what I purchased. I was really upset and asked for the phone number to the store manager and corporate above her. The employee refused to give me the information. She wanted to get another employee involve to prove to me that my transaction did not go through. I told her I was in a hurry and needed to leave that I needed the information to contact the manager but she still wouldn't give it to me. I end up leaving highly upset because my blood pressure was going up. I called the credit card company again and they told me Lane Bryant cancelled the transaction. Not sure why they made it so difficult for me. I will not shop at that...
Read moreI love this mall I've been here several times and every time my family and I come here we always find incredible deals. To start I would like to say the first thing you need to do when you get here is to go to the front desk which is located in the food court and get the discounts booklet. You can get it by free with your student ID, this little gem will save you tons of money. Sometimes they also give you extra coupons like 25% extra, specially if you come at the end of the season. You can also print any coupons you find online or use you smart phone to show them to the cashier so make sure your cellphone is fully charged because that also saves you some extra pennies.
There are so many stores so if you are looking for a particular item be sure you have enough time to go to at least a few stores before buying something. For example I was looking for some nice tennis and I went to Puma, Nike, Under Armour, sketchers before deciding the best prices and deals were at UA. I got my tennis for about 26dlls and I was so pleased with my purchase. If you are not looking for a particular item then go ahead and visit every store, you will be surprised at the many deals you can find. Go to the clearance section as you get to the stores and them check the rest of the store.
The food court is limited but offers good options. Some of my favorite stores are Aldo, Nine West, Old Navy, Elizabeth Arden, Loft. Hope this review helps you. Enjoyed shopping much...
Read moreWent to Tanger Outlet on Saturday, Aug. 6th, and our second stop was the Guess store. We were doing a little bit of school shopping and decided to stop by the Guess store. We spent a while in the store looking and trying on clothes to make sure they were a good fit as we live an hour away from the outlet and it would be a huge inconvenience if the clothes did not fit properly to bring them back to return them. As we were trying on clothes, there was an employee who had been watching us like a Hawke. I did not catch her name but she was a heavy-set caucasian female that had on a green ruffle blouse and black slacks. She would go behind counters and pretend she was stocking or folding up clothes and get at an angle as to watch us. She would repeatedly come over to where we were and pretend to fold clothes when no clothes were needing to be folded. She would circle us like a shark repeatedly and not offer any help at all. Her behavior and the experience at the Guess store were more than weird and very uncomfortable. I am not sure if the reason for being treated like this was because we were black, ( a mother and her two sons doing school shopping). After all, I did not see her treat anyone else in this manner. However, we left the Guess store because of that treatment and headed over to Rue21 where we received much better customer service and more...
