This is an update to the review that i published six months ago.
I went to the TMobile store yesterday for a problem with my Iphone. I want to thank Andrew Schneider for all the help he provided in getting my concern resolved. He is a strong advocate for the customer and made me feel like a valued customer. He is a great representative for TMobile!
I needed help with how to do an action on my Iphone. Jessica helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the product, provided excellent professional customer care, and easily got my phone updated.

I recently went to the store to activate a personal hot spot device. I had purchased my iphone 14 from the store so I knew their customer service and attention to detail is excellent.
Edmund, the store manager, helped me. He did a great job. Easy to set up the new device.
We talked about the T Mobile Customer Experience and Value Proposition. We agreed that T Mobile offers the most comprehensive value package of all the cellular providers. The company cares about their customers. I had previously been both a verizon and att&t customer but switched over to TMobile because I went to their store and talked with the team.
Everyone is focused on the customer experience and does all they can to make your service the best in the industry.
I'd give this TMobile store 7 stars if the system would let me!

Calls drop every time, not exaggerating either, I rarely make it through 1 full minute. Texts constantly failing to send, usually face time my children back home but if I don't have a strong wi-fi connection it's impossible due to the data in this area.
