Lexi sold my husband a phone added insurance and an upgrade plan adding on my bill an additional $30 on top of $40 phone payment plan. A total of $70 Extra charges a month without advising my husband of such! I called Lexi she was very unprofessional when I asked her several times to go over what she sold and what she added she refused and pretended not to understand what I needed to know as the sale was made it was no longer her or the Stores problem literally less than 20 minutes after purchase!! I asked for the store manager ofcourse he was not available nor did he bother to have the respect and courtesy of calling back. I guess after you make a sale of $1200 dollars the customer is not important especially if you scammed them by adding extra $30 in UNDISCLOSED MONTHLY charges on my bill and I quote 'because THEY THE STORE has to with every phone purchase to EVERY CUSTOMER"!!! I had to call customer service as Lexi said they add insurance policy fee automatically and she cant fix it....customer service can....ofcourse pass the hot potato now that she was caught doing this!!! By the way this is NOT TRUE and was confirmed by customer service resolution!! So let me educate you Lexi.......the Customer has the option at ALL TIMES DURING THE SELL TO AGREE OR DENY THE CHARGES ONCE THEY ARE DISCLOSED!! KEY WORD DISCLOSED AND SHOULD BE MANDATORY AT EACH SELL. When I asked her to have the store manager call me..Lexi asked me 5 times for my phone number obviously she does not pay attention to detail! Lexi had the audacity to sell us insurance and additional upgrade charges she added to my Monthly bill just because....and I quote she has to because its the stores policy!!???? Unacceptable! Then she plays dumb during the call! I plan on reporting this store and their employees! After 1 hr on the phone with customer service my service was fixed everything taken off the account as it should of been.Frustrated that i wasted 1 hr out of my busy day to fix this nonsense situation that NEVER SHOULD OF HAPPENED IF LEXI WOULD OF BEEN HONEST DURING THE SELL!! And not push this down our throat and charged us just because and I quote " she has to as it is company policy to blindly add these charges " TOTAL NONSENSE!!! . When I asked for the Manager Lexi quickly said he cant help you he will do and say the same thing. REALLY, we will see as I am escalating this. I've been with AT&T for over 35 years never has this happened! Not a way to do business these employees need to be looked at as this is not how AT&T operates!The Manager included.....1 for lack of follow up and returning a call if lexi even gave him the message or the correct phone number and 2 for allowing this to take place in his store since according to Lexi its routine to add UNDISCLOSED CHARGES to customers bills upon purchasing new phones. Also not even asking if he wants a trade in for the promotion that AT&T is currently offering!!! I am curious as to what is really going on there and how many customers have they and are ther doing this to???!! Beware when Lexi opens her mouth to sell you a phone or anyone in that store that you question everything before you leave the store to avoid a nicely added extra additional charges that WERE NEVER DISCLOSED TO YOU AND THAT YOU NEVER AGREED TO!

Still trying to close down devices that this store completely lied about when I bought a tablet and watch February 23 2017! Still complaining to att about what horrible representation was given by the female manager and Rod the sales representative. Not even sure if they still work there but it was so unprofessional and costly I still send warnings out. I call att and spoke to a supervisor who was willing to fix the problem but the att store in honesdale was unwilling to work with me and treated me very badly. To the point where the rep Rod I was complaining about was sitting right next to me when I return to fix the problem... I ask the manager why he isnt saying anything when hes standing right here and she tried to convince me it wasnt even him until he finally spoke up and admitted it was him. She didnt care about what the supervisor of att told me to tell her. I was told this isnt att were a separate entity. Just dont want this to happen to anyone else. If that manager still represents that store beware. Shes a larger female manager with dark curly hair who moved to honesdale store from stroudsburg I believe she said.    Read moreI had a terrible experience at the AT&T store due to the actions of a representative named Lexi. She was not only unhelpful but also completely misled me into purchasing a brand-new phone just to secure a sale. Instead of laying out all of my options, she took advantage of my trust and made changes to my account without my consent.
Lexi added an entirely new line without informing me, which caused unnecessary complications. To make matters worse, she changed my family insuranceâs primary number, leading to my insurance claim being denied when I needed it most. On top of that, she failed to follow protocol by not offering me AT&Tâs current trade-in promotion, which could have saved me money.
I have now spent countless hours this week trying to fix the mess she created. This level of service is unacceptable, and AT&T needs to ensure that their employees are properly trained and held accountable. I strongly advise anyone visiting this store to be extremely cautious and double-check everything before agreeing to any changes.
I have made a formal report with AT&T but as customer steer clear of Ms. Lexi as she does not value the customer or want you to save money and takes advantage of your situation!
