I changed my rating because of my experience today. I drove all the way from Willcox to find hay went up by a dollar, understandably with the economy and all. I made my purchase drove around back to get it loaded. They had 1 stack of the same stuff I got 2 weeks ago, which was wheelbarrow hay so I asked for the new stuff. The guy loaded me up as soon as I turned the Conner one bail almost fell off so I went super slow to tractor supply to restack them for the 50 mile trek home. All 3 bails of alfalfa where wet and I don't mean a little wet, they where pretty well soaked almost to the center. So I go back and the guy who loaded me says they are all wet. On closer look there was already mold on the corner of one stack. I asked him if he knew you can't feed moldy hay to horses and he said he did know. He assumed I was feeding it to cows. I can't believe a bail of moldy hay is selling at 21.95 even if it is for cows. He was very nice unloaded the wet bails and loaded me with the wheelbarrow hay. If he'd have just told me it was wet, it would have saved us...
Read moreMy mom and my aunt went shopping there. They were made to feel like criminals. These ladies are in their 70's & 80's. While they were shopping, they were harassed by an employee who followed them throughout the store. They voiced their concern, and had the employee put back the merchandise they intended to buy, and left. My mother is very upset about this and as her daughter, I'm very upset about this. My mother's attitude is that they lost a good sale. My attitude about this is that my mother and my aunt were treated very poorly. Maybe don't harass your customers by staying glued to them while they shop in your store. You may find that no one wants to go...

There were 3 kids behind the counter and not one of them offered any help, other than to open the fitting room when I asked. There was also a large red "Sale" sign hung outside. When I asked the girl what "the sales were", she replied we don't have any...
