The first experience that I had at images the girl that I had used I had a funeral on how to cancel an appointment and she had called me after and told me that she was too busy and that I needed to reschedule with another technician so I did a week later I had my appointment with that take technician and I did not get a confirmation call so I called to confirm the appointment was still on and she told me that she forgot to put her cap on her glue and that it dried out and she gave me another technicians number so I waited another week and went to the plastic magician the whole time she did my eyes my eyes were burning hope they are bloodshot when I was done on the tape is way too close to my eyes and then she wanted to charge me double the price that the two other girls had told me that the price was for the eyelashes so not only did it hurt the entire time but I was being double-charged so I told her I would never be going back there that I was just had a bad taste in my mouth for images and so she put it down to a hundred and twenty-five still $40 more than what I expected to pay so I paid it and now I'm coming on 4 days after and half my lashes are gone on one side so I go back to images she told me to come in but she's not busy at the at the moment. She had me sit on the table and she said that I must have plucked them out and I told her I did not and she said that she basically that I was lyeing and then I told her just to fix the one I and that I would pay for it and she said that she could not work on me because obviously it was me and not the technician what's wrong I have never been so insulted in my entire life these people were so rude unprofessional bad communication over charged rude people I dont recomend using...

I usually go here to get hair cuts and I'm usually satisfied with the service, but the last time i went and got my hair cut there it was the day of my sisters wedding so I wanted my hair on point. Well I got a new girl I guess and she jacked my hair cut it looked awful. I was so mad and I didn't have time to go somewhere else to get it fixed. So get your information on the stylist before they cut your hair cuz alot of the stylists there r young and right out of beauty school so they r still learning. So make sure you ask for pictures of their previous work and if they have ever had any unsatisfied...

Honestly some of these reviews are a bit much. I had excellent full service. I spent 200$ there and my wax, my hair, and nails were fantastic.

A month later I still have all 10 nails, not one has broken or come off. I have yet to have a full (been broke... And lazy)

My peekaboo color did wash out but I don't rly mind how it looks now. And reds wash out, I doubt that had anything to do...
