Went in there today to get my tires balanced because the last time they said they didn't have time to balance them they had rotated them a few months back so they were just about done and I went to check well they rotated them which would wear the tires out the wrong way so they rerotated them, I took off and found my check gages light on and the etc light was on and it wasn't charging, went back the guy he checked it and said it needed a new alternator, 430.00 dollars later it was doing the same thing so he said it needed a new battery I told that's no way they might be six months old, they insisted the battery wasn't good so I retightened the 4 battery cables to the 2 batteries, it was charging and the one light went out, so I went to O'Rileys they said both batteries were good so I hooked everything up and all dash caution lights were out checked for charging everything is good, but he still tried to sell me a battery I didn't need and probably the 400.00 dollar alternator didn't need to be changed either, so be careful with these folks. I just checked all the air pressure on all 4 tires they were supposed to put 70 in the back and 65 up front well my tire pressure light came on while driving home I've got a digital tire pressure gauge and they had 73 in front and 68 in the back , put the right pressure in the tires like I had asked and took it for a ride, the tire pressure light went out, imagine that put the right pressure in and no light, these guys are incompetent, because when I showed up everything was working great, no warning lights, when I left the first time no charging,...

Absolutely LOVE this place!! They helped us out big time. We needed new tires and we got a quote but it was a little higher then the amount of money we had they went above and beyond to make sure the amount didn’t go over what we had in the bank they discounted the 2 tires down to what we could afford THEN

While putting the tires on the car the technician noticed the back tire wasn’t looking right he immediately got the manger and brought him out then they came and got us to show us what was going on, we had cords showing in 1 tire so we made the decision to switch where we put the new tires until we can get 2 more tire so we would be safe on the road. That technician deserves a GOLD STAR for finding the problem for us because we just had our tires rotated 2 weeks prior and they (another company) never said anything to us about the bad tire we had at the time. That technician went above and beyond to help us out and he even said he wouldn’t feel good about letting us leave with a tire like that it’s definitely not safe. We will definitely be back to get 2 more tires the end of this week and from then on we will be doing all our tire business through Tire Kingdom in Wildwood, Florida great staff, very friendly, the mangers were great with us from the time we talked in the door until we walked out.
