Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

My experience at wawa has always been top tier the Oxford location is the one I visit more frequently since it's on my way to work in the mornings. This morning on November 17th at about 6:05 AM I entered and was planning on using a reward for a free breakfast sandwich. I made an order of a chicken biscuit since the only 3 items excluded on the reward was (Burritos, Quesadillas, and Hoagies) i made sure to read this correctly beforehand. Upon selecting my order and proceding to the register i was told by the 1st casher who was so sweet and as confused as I was when the reward was declined. I can't remember her name but she was super helpful and went to the back and was asking what I'm assuming was someone else a manager or supervisor to see what the issue was she came back out and said that reward doesn't work for chicken tender Biscuits which i thought was odd so I went back to order a new sandwich and the gentlemen behind the bar where the orders are made was very helpful suggesting accommodations he could do for me and I said no thank you ill just get a different sandwich I then selected a bagel sandwich and returned to the register and this time another lady came around she was the team supervisor I unfortunately didn't catch her name as she scanned my order slip she informed me that the new selection I made was applicable to the reward and I thought that was odd and then tried to explain to her the exclusions to the rewards and that per the reward my selection was under what should be accepted. Rather than try to read the specific requirements of the reward that I was showing her. She was very rude and sarcastic with me and then proceed to explain to me if I "knew what a sandwich is?" As if I was a child. I told her yes I know what a sandwich is but your rewards as i proceed to show her on my phome the reward description SPECIFICALLY STATES: One Free Built- to- order Breakfast Sandwich. Includes Cibatta, Panini, Bagel and Biscuit Sandwiches. EXCLUDES Hoagies, Burritos, and Quesadillas Mind you this woman was a "Team Supervisor" she was no help and very rude and sarcastic to me speaking to me as if I was a child mind you I personally was already having a rough morning and was looking forward to having a nice breakfast for free. Whatever her name is ruined my morning and made me feel so embarrassed and hurt by her disrespectful manner and tone and instead of acting like a decent human being to maybe at least attempt to help me make either another selection or even apologize for the misunderstanding or miscommunication she speaks to me like this. The other 2 employees were wonderful but this so called "Team Supervisor" was so rude to me and was wasting my time rather than trying to help me. I really want to shout out the 1st lady who was at the register she was older but always super sweet when I come in and did so much more for me than the so called supervisor. The other one I want to shout out was the gentlemen who makes the orders he was so kind and willing to make something for me and trying to be as helpful as he can be. I am truly disappointed in the leadership and truly disappointed that I had to endure such rudeness and sarcasm and disrespect from someone who is put in a position like supervisor because they go above and beyond. The worst part of it all is i canceled the reward and still haven't received my points back for an order I never received and canceled it within the 15...

This has got to be the WORST Wawa location. They should literally close down. Any time I have to pick up a food order for Doordash, they will stand there talking to each other behind the food counter while customers stand there 10+ minutes without being acknowledged once. They just pretend you're not there. No "Hello. I'll be with you in just a moment", "What order are you picking up?", "Have you been helped?" Nothing. Just purely ignored...every time. On top of that, the doordash orders are always missing items, although they say everything is in the bag. I never know (because the bags are sealed) until the customer reaches out to me saying something wasn't received. Then tonight I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order a pizza for myself, and again...I stood there so long without being acknowledged, that I ended up walking out to go fill my gas tank to give them time on whatever they were currently working on, just to come back in and still not be acknowledged for over 10 more minutes. 3 workers stood behind the counter without asking what I was there for. Eventually I see a pizza box sitting off to the side behind their counter and the girl keeps moving it out of her way, so I ask "Is that for *?" She says yes and just hands it to me. No clue how long it had been done, but it was not fresh. Had they actually been professional and spoke to me, we would have determined forever ago that it was my order and I could have been home and eating it fresh after a 15hr work day. Never order from here. They have no customer...

I stopped here to get my ice coffee and when I leave get down to the road my coffee tasted gross! I called the store took me 4 times for someone to finally answer! I explained my issue to the cashier and she said she will take my info down to give to the manager! I go into the store today 4/4/2025 bring it up to the cashier manager came up to me and I was explaining the situation did you call the corporate office no I called this location you sure she is asking me omg! I couldn’t remember the ladies name I called I was saying several names that started with a R anyways I told the manager forget it if this is going to be a hassle you think I am fibbing! She said no I am going to give it too you and when I seen the manager I said her name was and the manager said it’s this name well why give me a hard time saying no no we don’t have this person here but I did say her name several times wtf! I finally get my ice coffee when I was leaving the manager was looking right at me like I wasn’t be honest! Well that was a waste of time because my coffee was nasty again and it was the same person that made my coffee last week! I am done with this location I will never go back there again felt very uncomfortable with both the cashier...
