Belk — Local services in Thomaston

This is a nice quaint location. It does not always have a variety of selections, but sometimes you can visit and find just what you are looking for. The customer service is always A-1. On my most recent visit, I found that the store has some thought towards sanitation and protection from the corona virus. Tables were set up at the entrance with hand sanitizer and other information. Mask signs were on the door that informed customers that they needed to wear one, but I did not see any one at the door to actually enforce it. All the customers I encountered wore a mask and mostly adhered to social distancing expectations. There were stickers on the floor that measure appropriate distances for customers to stand while in line. I appreciate the precautions. The customer service line was rather long, but I did not mind the wait. I was there to make a return for an online order and it was a rather quick process. I will visit...

Stopped by the other day to look for some cologne and couldn't believe how wonderful the staff was! The lady that helped me didn't even work in that area, and admitted this much, but was so kind and helpful! Everyone of the ladies in the section that I spoke with we're so kind and so eager to help! Ladies today went above and beyond assisting me. Despite a lot of shoes I picked was all gone in my size they repeated found others in my size to similar styles and also tried tremendously hard to help me find the perfect white top.
