Ive had decent experiences here, and ive had some horrible employees that were just flat out rude or talk to me like im stupid
But one employee by far my families favorite is a tall bearded man named John always sweet, knows his stuff, helps us find the perfect games for my autistic brother, informs us on what might be to hard for him and what could be easier helps make sure we get the best for our money and their deals, and best of all, even if i go without my brother he will come ask how hes doing and if he liked the last games we got as he sincerely cares about the customers he helps. Will also take the time to look up certain games he likes in the system to see if they have them for my brother, and will grab a couple games in our price range that he thinks would be perfect for my brother(and or me) and bring them over to my mother and I, explain what they are about, what they are similar to, whats the best part about them. Doesn't treat us badly in anyway, helps answer and explain just about any question my mother has all around just a helpful gentleman. I highly recommend if you go here. To ask...

The Associate asked what brings me here, The reason was I wanted to sell my Nintendo Switch(Used but still in the box complete). I put the box with the system inside on the counter and he started sorting the contents ( which was fine). Then he proceeded to throw my box over his left shoulder to the floor before I'd made the deal (the manual was still inside). I told him that the left joy stick on the system was stiff. He then said that my system was defective and he could only offer me $95.00. I'm never going back...
Read moreWe have been coming to this GameStop for a long time. Had attended many midnight releases and pre-order many things. The unfortunate part is, that we have seen staff change so much. It is sad. Either they were transferred or left the company entirely. I would give it more stars if that would stop happening and the company truly valued its staff. Also, work on your "trade-in or purchase" prices... I can say this as a person who works in buying and selling daily. I know some things are not the company's fault...
