they need to do more than replace the people, the last 3 times in 3 weeks they screwed my orders up at the drive thru, did not discover until i got home went back the first time they added the food they missed then but by that time the other food in the bag was cold and 40 mins old, the second time i got screwed out of 5.00 usd of food and could not return to complain, a 50 % loss, the last time, they punched in the wrong order , so it looked like i ordered soft tacos, i didn t , went back and got a total refund, went to mickey Ds, saved myself 2.31$ and they got my food faster andit was correct, , on a side note, while i was getting refund, a lady got her food to my left, sat down then returned to the counter at once, to complain all her food was cold! she just got it, !!!!, don t expect any extras to keep your business at taco bell, tour time and money wasted means nothing to them , unlike macdonalds which go out of their way to do something extra for a screw up, like xtra frys, or something, , not taco hell, even calling the main office is a waste of time, OH IM SORRY SORRY WE F^#$#KED YOU OVER, thats all , i think we already know how sorry the...

This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet. Not only for ordering and getting your food, but for working in as well. These people that you have sitting outside have no air conditioning, barely any shade and I never see people giving them breaks. They work in the heat and the cold. Only see young girls out there and even at 10pm in the dark they’re still out there with no protection. They never give an explanation as to why they use the tablet to order, if your drive thru speaker is working just use it. Law suit waiting to happen. For ordering food? Don’t even get me started. Called corporate 6 times for rude management, missing items and careless staff, nothing. Went in after several items of my food were missing and my burrito was disgusting and wrapped terribly. management claimed I was lying. Spoke to a man named Greg and he told me if I didn’t show him the bag they wouldn’t replace my food. These people don’t care, if you want Taco Bell, go to literally any...

Food was fresh but not prepared correctly. They didn't cut the quesadilla. After the demolition and re-build they re-used the fountain drink machine in the dining room which has never been calibrated properly. The drinks are mostly carbonated water with a hint of flavor, has been that way for years only at this location. Other locations in near by towns are perfect.

Service gets 3 stars since the only interaction I had with a person was when they called my name. No longer able to place an order at the counter you are forced to use a kiosk.

Atmosphere gets 1 star for two reasons. The dining room is now tiny with small tables not allowing for a average family to sit together. the sprinkler system for the new landscaping is set to run at lunchtime, not really bothered by the timing but sprayed all over my freshly washed and detailed vehicle.

Overall I'll just skip taco bell in thomasville and enjoy it at other locations...
