These people that you have sitting outside have no air conditioning, barely any shade and I never see people giving them breaks. They work in the heat and the cold. Only see young girls out there and even at 10pm in the dark they’re still out there with no protection. They never give an explanation as to why they use the tablet to order, if your drive thru speaker is working just use it. Law suit waiting to happen. For ordering food? Don’t even get me started. Read moreFood was fresh but not prepared correctly. They didn't cut the quesadilla. After the demolition and re-build they re-used the fountain drink machine in the dining room which has never been calibrated properly. The drinks are mostly carbonated water with a hint of flavor, has been that way for years only at this location. Other locations in near by towns are perfect.
Service gets 3 stars since the only interaction I had with a person was when they called my name. No longer able to place an order at the counter you are forced to use a kiosk.
Atmosphere gets 1 star for two reasons. The dining room is now tiny with small tables not allowing for a average family to sit together. the sprinkler system for the new landscaping is set to run at lunchtime, not really bothered by the timing but sprayed all over my freshly washed and detailed vehicle.
Overall I'll just skip taco bell in thomasville and enjoy it at other locations...
