I have to edit this review. We used to love this place the last few times we haven't been completely satisfied and today was the worst. Food was alright, we got a large pepperoni the crust was so chewy you couldn't even cut it with the knife. My husband ordered a Stromboli and was given cold sauce to dip it in. When he talked to the waitress she said to him oh did you want a warm one... I asked for a refill on my coffee now mind you both my husband and I ordered coffee. She brought us a Styrofoam cup barely filled and stated I got you the last bit of the pot. It's 7pm... I'm sorry you couldn't make a fresh pot? She never asked us if we wanted a refill either, never asked my daughter if she wanted more to drink. Left the check with the meal. We would have liked to order dessert but she never came back. Our entire family loves this place (Elizabeth's on Liberty Drive, not the one downtown) for their pizza, service, and atmosphere. Many places that you go for pizza (thinking of some of the popular name brand delivery options out there) leave you feeling terrible afterwards due to poor ingredients and incredibly heavy/doughy crusts. Not the case with Elizabeth's. Here, the crust is just right and they have a ton of ingredient options that never leave you feeling heavy or weighed down afterwards. There has been numerous occasions that i have ordered pizza from here and the pizza has not been cooked all the way. I called and complained and they gave me a pizza free. I have asked for pizza well done to ensure it is actually cooked. I ordered 4 large pizzas cooked well done tonight. 20 mins after i ordered the pizza i arrived to my pizzas being already cut and put back into the oven because they werent cooked. The pizza was not good at all because it had been recooked and some over the slices overlapped each other. Wont be back. Which is a shame because i dont like...
