Please!!!!! Please!!!!!! Please!!!!!Do not And I mean do not go to whole cell accessories, if you want to break your phone then go over here, they do not know how to fix phones! I went over there 3 times! 3 freaking times! I will tell you my horrible story, I had 7 more days on the warranty and they didn't want to fix my phone anymore, the first time I went over there the 1st time because the battery was hot because they put a bootleg battery in anddddd the phone cut off and on. Then I came over there againnnn because they volume is not working and they still didn't fix it. BEWARE GOING TO THIS PLACE! If you have a iPhone go to the Apple Store and if you have a samsung go to another store not a sign that say whole cell accessories and trust me you will not get your money back if the phone is not fixed I am telling you ahead of time DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED, THE PHONE WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS, UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN PHONE AND NO ONE WANT A BROKEN PHONE! SAY NO TO WHOLE CELL ACCESSORIES! PHONE IS STILL NOT FIXED AFTER GOING OVER...

They were super friendly when I first came but 1 out of the 2 screen protectors that I purchased fell off my phone 2nd day it was on. Came back within the 14 days to get it replaced as it says they have a 14 day return policy on receipt to only have them say they cant replace it but I can purchase another one for half the price. Also tried upselling me on a liquid glass product and wouldn't give a discount on that product since one of the screen protectors prior to purchasing was no good. Initial service was great but customer service was horrible after and they did not stand by the return policy that is on...

I got a new phone and I needed to get all my data from my old phone and wherever I went everyone said it's not possible but this place right here they did it. Zack over here did magic and transferred each and everything from my old phone to my new phone and I'm completely satisfied with the customer service and the service they have provided me. I recommend everyone to come here for any problem related to your phones they can...
