Will never return ever again. Placed order at 8:27pm online. Received email that order will be ready at 8:47pm. Arrived at hooters at 8:49pm for my order and let them know through the app and in person that I have arrived. Host asked me name on order. Walked to the back, came back without my order. Host asked me my name about 5 times no order still ready. At 9:07pm I’m still waiting on my food. A line starts forming at the door. The host tells me to go to the table that they keep online orders and to search for my own order. Very unprofessional and I waited 20 min past the time of my order. It’s COVID so host shouldn’t have even asked me to touch other people online orders to find my order that’s the first issue. Second issue is I waited 20 min still no food and no apology. I then ask for a supervisor for a refund. Supervisor (male) pulls out cell phone issue me a refund with no apology, and tell me the host is in training. Very unacceptable to a paying customer and I look forward to hearing back from corporate office about situation.

First time going to this location Friday, it’s very safe to say I will stick with the Orland park location. The manager that was here Friday the blond head orange air lady do not need to be a manager. We order 50 pc wings 3 different flavors & the chicken had a burnt taste, the manager said she couldn’t take nothing off the bill & if we got them made over it would still taste the same so why tf would we want them made over after waiting a while & just to get the same taste & then told us no one else complained about it 30 mins later some more people came in & when they food came said the same thing to her still she didn’t offer to take something off the bill & someone else came & sat behind us & said it smells like something burning but yet she said no one complained but instead of changing the grease & taking some off our bills she didn’t do anything but be a air head with her trump ugly self. I will never come back to this location. Restaurants as bill as hooters shouldn’t hire certain people as managers.

Just dirty... and the two people ahead of me had orders that were given to them incomplete. luckily they knew to look first before leaving. food not fresh and the fryers could use an oil change. find a different hooters update: there is a whole different sauce inside the box, idk what it is but it's nasty. I threw it out. Just do better...

Last night was truly the worst experience that I've had in life, not just in a restaurant. We had a large party of about 20 people and we were seated a two tables with one table behind the other. Our food came out late but when it did finally come out it was complete wrong. We had to play musical plates for at least 10 mins before we could even eat. Many plates had to be sent back because they we're wrong. Drinks were even wrong. One member in our party at the smaller table complained to a waitress and asked for a discount or a reduced drink or something for the inconvenience... she went to the the manager. Our friend tried to explain things but the manager wouldn't even listen. The manager was VERY unprofessional and began yelling and saying that she couldn't discount anything. When a general manager's number was asked for the manager really flipped and said that he was on vacation and then she told that entire table to leave. She went to get the police officer stationed there and then she came to our table and slammed our receipt down and told us that we all had to leave her restaurant because we were apart of that party. She was yelling at us and we didn't really know what was going on. She then called Lansing P.D. and was yelling and saying that she wanted us all off the property. The officers had their hands on their guns and we had children with us! We couldn't even finish eating our food or drinks and I'm sure that we spent over $350 because the bill at our table alone was $241. In my 42 years I have never been so disrespected or been racially profiled in that manner! That entire experience was completly blown out of proportion by the manager. In my opinion our entire party should have been compensated for the horrible service with many apologies and smiles. They had one waitress for our party at first but when she really begin to mess up they added another and we were understanding and they were really nice but when the manager entered the scene all hell broke loose because of her immediate anger and unprofessionalism. Our waitresses even told us that the manager completely blew that out of control. Needless to say that we will no longer frequent this location and many will be made aware of our experience....I'm completely disappointed in this organization....

Got UberEats with Hooters this week and what a terrible decision that was. It was missing an item, which is understandable as no one is perfect, but the lack of customer service is not.

The first lady I spoke to was unapologetic and basically accused me of lying to her about this missing order of wings. I told her that I and the uber driver herself verified she only got 1 bag from the restaurant. Again she insisted I was lying before getting a manager. Now that I was going to be speaking to a manager things would get better right? Nope. Worse

With the manager, Jen, came the same thing. This is all for a 9 dollar thing of wings. My bill was way over 50 bucks for the entire order. Really? I'm going to lie about a 9 dollar order?

Then Jen basically tells me that Hooters doesn't have my money, ubereats does, so its basically not their concern. After this she put me on hold for 20 frigging minutes hoping Id hang up the phone. I didn't.

If the people working this restaurant had a tiny bit of customer service or understanding about the situation this review would be sooo different. A simple "sorry about that, how can i help?" would have went a long way. i would have just had ubereats refund me and got a new order of wings for my coworkers. I've never heard a staff and managers act like this. The people I employ as managers don't act like this.

Pretty sure this is my last time going to this particular establishment. I cant comment on anything but the delivery experience i had. I'm sure other things...

The service that I received last night on Friday 1/6 was terrible. The waitress did not introduce herself to us and when she brought our water every cup had different amounts of water in them. We also asked for lemon with our water and the lemons that she brought us were used and old. When we asked for more she told us that there would be a wait on the lemons and we did not get them until after our food came. She also did not check on us shortly after getting our food. She asked us how was everything after we we’re already done eating. She then brought us the bill & put everything on one bill without asking if we were paying together or separate. There were only 4 of us and when we asked if the waitress could split the check we were told “We don’t have to” by one waitress and “I already printed the receipt so I cannot reprint it” by our waitress. We have been to this location many times and never had a problem with getting separate checks. So we asked for the manager and the manager stated that they had a new policy that started “TODAY” that they could not split the bill no matter how many people there were, even though they had a sign posted up stating that for parties 8 OR MORE they could not split the bill. Mind you it’s only 4 of us. The manager still took 4 different methods of payment for the bill which makes no sense because that means that the check is still able to be split. This experience was very disappointing because we used to like...
