EDIT: the manager Tiana contacted me and after a Conversation explaining both sides, she made it right. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I highly recommend asking for her assistance with any problems that you have here
Just want to express my extreme disappointment on my most recent and possibly my last visit to your store. I drove over an hour to your three rivers location on march 22, 2025 because I received a flier in the mail announcing your grand opening on the previous Thursday. I called before making the trip there to see if you were still honoring your flier since there was no expiration date on the flier and was told that they had plenty of the $5 ounces left if I wanted to get that or I could use any of the other coupon deals that were on it. When I got there I was told that they are no longer honoring the flier but since I called and asked about it and was already told they would, she could call the owner to see what she should do. So she called the owner and the owner told her to note my account saying that if I come back Monday march 24(which happened to be my bday), that I would be really hooked up because that’s when a manager would be there. So I decided to drive the hour there again this morning, march 24, since the employee made it seem like it was going to be worth it, that when the owner says you’ll be hooked up he really takes care of you. Well me being “hooked up” was a free bag of one of your cheapest gummies(that I had already got from my march 22 trip, because of the misinformation), and a $5 oz of outdoor(which I could have just bought an eighth of your tier1 or tier 2 and got the same $5 an oz, mind you I spent way more than what it would cost of that eighth on both trips. I’m not trying to complain but I guess I just assumed from the way the employee made it sound that when the owner says he’s going to hook you up if I drive an hour there again, that I was going to actually be hooked up not given the deal I was originally told I could get when I called before making my first trip. It’s extremely disappointing to make a 2 hour round trip for something that isn’t worth it at all. I really do appreciate the $5 oz but let’s be honest, the reason you can get the oz at $5 if you buy from tier 1 or 2 is because it’s low end outdoor and isn’t worth a lot more than that in the first place. Just honestly wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time or gas to drive all the way there, definitely wouldn’t have if I wouldn’t have been made to think that being hooked up by the owner was going to be something special, which it...
Read moreI’ve had issues with incorrect orders at this dispensary before but never said anything — until now. I placed an online order and picked it up on Sunday. When I finally checked my bag, I noticed I didn’t receive the $40 gram of concentrate I ordered. I called, left my info, and was contacted by a manager through text. I even sent a screenshot of the product on their website.
She admitted their inventory was messed up, showing two locations’ stock under the Three Rivers store, and promised they’d “make it right” next time I came in.
When I returned, the GM who happend to be our budtenter at the time told me he couldn’t do anything — even after I showed him the full text conversation. I tried to explain the situation, but he kept deflecting responsibility. He said I’d need to come back when the shift manager was in — so she could pay for it out of her own pocket because he couldn’t honor her word.
Then, sarcastically, he offered me $50 out of his pocket. When I accepted, he got visibly irritated and said I wasn’t “out any product” and he could get in trouble for giving me anything. In the end, I left empty-handed.
This isn’t about the money anymore — it’s about principle and accountability. I don’t expect anything from this dispensary now, especially with leadership like that. But I’m posting this as a warning to other customers: double-check your orders, and don’t count on them to take responsibility when...
Read moreEdit: My online receipt still says my total was $45, and I realized that the budtender gave me multiple packages of items I only wanted one of, hence the large price discrepancy. This just aggravates me further because when I originally asked about the price discrepancy, I was asked, "...Do you know why it would be that price?" Most other weed places in town will double check verbally by listing off the items to you and this did not happen, I was just made to feel stupid for an employee error. I placed a pickup order on 8/25 for $45. I waited for 40 minutes and they still did not have it even started when I came in. And then, when they did pack it, I was told it was $57. I told him it said $45 on my end, and showed him my phone with my account and the order pulled up. He told me it was because the gummies i picked out were 3/$10 and not 4/$10, and that one of the gummies was adding $6. How did a $6 discrepancy add up to a $12 difference in price? I just paid for my stuff and left because I just wanted to go home at that point. But to be told the items are one price, wait 40 minutes and then have to wait again, only to be told a completely different higher price, is asinine. Please do not waste your time and ruin your...
