Decided to travel away from the Southbend area the other day for our Cannabis needs, and boi am I glad we ever did!! We stumbled across Joyology and were blown away by the website design and layout as well as when we got there they actually had what they posted and didn't just post a few items and only about half what they offer. From the second we walked in the door my man T welcomed us and chatted and made us feel like we were bros from way back. Then we got in and I was blown away by the setup and display!! All the flower was out front so you could see EVERYTHING!! No asking to see 20 jars, just gotta ask for smells lol. But Scott my bud tender was amazing, I work in sales in a similar industry and was blown away by his product knowledge as well as he told me about ever special that I could possibly want. Very much made me feel like I wasn't just a sale but that he qenuinely wanted me to get the best deals possible. Most places just push the high dollar items, and every time I ask about out door buds cus I like to get a mix to save a bit of money. Most places seem irritated that I'm looking at a $30 oz instead of the top tier. He walked me through all there vapes, gummies and pre rolls cus that's what else I was interested in. He suggested some full spectrum hash rosin gummies that rocked my world, awesome product. As well he pointed out the Amnesia Bubble hash pre roll that was 50% off and was only $6. Been wanted to try bubble hash but it's always $20-$40, for a pre roll. Upset I didn't grab more!! Honestly one of the best Smokes I have ever had from any sort of pre roll. It burned for ever and was so smooth with hardly any burning flavor until the very end. Then after I had cashed out my gf used the bathroom before we left. Scott saw me looking at the wax cus I completely forgot about that lol. He came over and talked more about deals and stuff they offered and how weekly deals worked. This place is amazing!! Will be making more trips here in the future, the staff was so warm and welcoming. Unfortunately my local place isn't as welcoming and knowledgeable. Trash dispo I came in as a first time customer with a non us ID when I walked in the budtender didn’t know how to add me into the system because my ID wouldn’t scan , so the budtender called one of her co workers to come over and as soon as the other co worker walked in he was like "sorry dude you don’t have a US ID" even tho the other budtender at the door had just said a few min ago " can’t I just add a new guest but I guess the other guy didn’t care. Dispo sucks literally every other dispensary down the road accepts any state issued or country issued ID like , Goat cannabis , timberz , Confluence and the goat yall much rather go there cuz they ain’t gonna judge you and they gots the deals frfr goat the spot and timberz, everybody here with the 5 star ratings must of done it for a free pre roll or...

This store quickly became my favorite place to buy bud from. I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to buying since I've only been 21 for less then a year. I've been to a few dispensaries and felt a little taken advantage of due to this. But unlike the other places, Joyology's staff has always been kind to me and very helpful. Today my Budtender was Scott, he was very helpful and informed me on some great deals they had going on.
