Walgreens — Local services in Fabius Township

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!!! We had to get a COVID test for summer camp so went to Three Walgreens on Monday with promised results within 24-48 hours and they totally dropped the ball and didn’t provide us with results by Wednesday (in fact they couldn’t even locate the test tracking information or provide any assistance whatsoever). After a huge runaround and calling the number provided we learned that PWN provides results, Aegis Laboratory does the test analysis and none of them had any information on the location of the test much less results a full 48 hours later! Do yourself a a favor and go to Three Rivers Pharmacy instead!! We were freaking out that my 10 year old wasn’t going to be able to attend camp! Thank goodness for Three Rivers Pharmacy! We were able to get an actual person to answer the phone (don’t bother at Walgreens you’ll be going in circles with a phone robot forever and once we finally got someone on the phone he was literally of no assistance whatsoever and at one point actually said “I just work here,” when a manager was requested of course that person was on vacation. Very attentive and caring pharmacy staff. Thank you for keeping good people in your facility. Probably the HR process but these people deserve recognition for endlessly going to their career and managing the world around so people can stay health and well. When I had Hypermesis Gravidarum my insurance wouldn't cover the meds in full but I was able to get them sorted and picked up in smaller increments that saved me hundreds if not a thousand in 9 short months and I was blessed with having my baby boy May 13th the day after mothers day. And the lengths the pharmacists have taken their time with me makes me happy this is walgreens and close to home. Thank you....

Very unprofessional and rude every time I pick up my children's medicine they always seem to have an attitude I absolutely hate going to this location, I also had to call to correct them on my 5 month old daughter’s acid reflex medicine they had the wrong dose on it, when I told them about it I got told I was wrong then got told that's how it was sent to them, no apologies that I could have gave my daughter the wrong dose (I didn't by the way) no nothing but attitude like im waisting their time then she tells me she will call my doctor's and let them know it's the wrong dose if and when...
