After numerous visits to the Three Rivers, Michigan location where I ordered the Cod Dinner that cost over $15, I've been the recipient of cold, under cooked food, served at room temperature that I always end up taking back to them so they can finish cooking the food. Today I shared my experience with the cashier when ordering and asked that the food be served hot and not at room temperature. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to be served, my food came out cold again just as it has the last dozen times I've been to this restaurant. I sent it back so they could finish cooking it like I always have to do when ordering a dinner from this Culver's. An employee came back to our table to ask us what was wrong with the food, so I had to explain to him that the food was under cooked and served at room temperature just like it had been the last 12 times that I've ordered that meal at this location. He said that he would attempt to make it right this time and get it to me as soon as possible. The replacement meal came out inside of 10 minutes, and before I even had a chance take one bite of food - that appeared like it was cooked correctly this time - the manager of the kitchen came out to argue with me about how the food there is NEVER served at room temperature and that if I didn't like the fact that I'm always served cold, under cooked food, that I could take my business elsewhere and not spend my money at their restaurant. I told her that I'd gladly take my business anywhere else, and asked her if she could possibly be any more pathetic then what she was at that point in time. My family spends over $1500 annually at this location, but we won't be going back given the blatant incompetence of their management and their ambivalent staff. Ironically, we go to other Culver's across southwest Michigan and when we vacation in Florida and NEVER have this issue. Avoid this place like you would the Corona Virus unless getting exposed to botulism is on your...
Read moreWaited 49 minutes before our food was delivered to our table. We should've asked for a refund and left but we didn't and neither did about 30 other customers waiting the same amount of time. There was no apology, no compensation (maybe a coupon or something) or even the cashier telling us it will be a long wait when she knew fully well there would be one. Then we spoke with a manager in training (Leigh or Lee) who claimed to be the victim saying (we are slammed, what's the problem here?). Please, do not train her any longer to be a manager. Then Sabrina was no help either. Culvers Three Rivers is a disgusting place with ignorant employees. Response to owner's response. What a cop out. That was easy for you. Take no responsibility. Refer me to some website to waste my time with no results. You are lazy and take no responsibility. You should say, "next time youre in the area stop in and we'll give you a coupon for a free meal as good will for the absolutely lousy experience we gave you." But no, Culvers is a typical company that doesn't care. I know why your colors...
Read moreBeen looking forward to Culver's since the rumors of it coming to town. I didnt grow up with a Culver's I grew up with In-N-Out and alot of other Burger giants in California. The first burger was everything and then i got a deluxe which is just like an In-N-Out burger (better than Nonla but Nonla is good too.) And i was sold. I had several trips since they opened and one time I had a bad order. New cooks and learning experiences I understand what a new restaurant will deal with so I called and explained, mainly to bring up the problem (too much seasoning) they fixed the problem asap and the manager was amazing. So happy they are here. Long time customer approved. The food! The curds, the butter burgers, and not to mention CUSTURD! MMMMMMMMMM
Just got a burger today and it really helped my tummy. It was as good as the day they opened. Keep it up Culver's you guys rock! Pro tip: Hangovers are easily remedied with a butter burger....
